Why does your page show you guys are open but when we went there you were closed. You guys really need to update your hours because your hours listed say you are open from 12pm - 8pm today. Was really looking forward to having some ice cream today, but I guess will have to get it from somewhere else.

This is a grab-and-go place so the atmosphere includes drive-by traffic on Byrne road. It's not their fault, it's just a location issue. I like going here and getting the 50/50 creamsicle half orange sherbet and half vanilla ice cream. I've never gone wrong with that. The only minor complaint is as lovely as the young girl was that took care of me, she charged me for a small when I ordered a junior. Honest mistake, no reprimand needed. I just didn't notice until I got home. No hard feelings just a little FYI to pay closer attention. See y'all next time!

Will not return. Rude customer service provided by kids who didn't know what they were doing. Ended up with 3/4 cup of butterfinger flurry / blizzard and an over flowing cup of cookie dough flurry / blizzard. If your site provided a telephone number, I would be calling to speak to the owner or manager. Will definitely be taking our business someplace else
