Thought I left a review but the staff is the worst. Got ignored for 10 minutes while a guy talked to his buddies about what he's doing when they get off. Finally ordered a shot and he decided to got take a tables order, bus it and disappear to the back. We just left, crazy service.

Extremely rude waited over 30 minutes for an order. Asked about wait time I was told “if you don’t like the wait then leave” bad vibes from the whole establishment. Not friendly would NOT COME BACK! Kitchen was a mess as well. Will not recommend!

I've been coming Wednesday for appetizer night, decided to place a to-go order and a bit disappointed on the portion. I recieved easily x2 if not x3 the amount of queso dining in than I did to-go. My to-go order was mostly meat and a tiny bit of queso.

I asked if the business (a bar) could call me a taxi. I was stranded without a cell or car. They straight out refused. Couldn’t believe it. What if I had had too much to drink but it’s their policy to not call someone a ride. Unbelievable I wouldn’t spend a penny here on principle alone, disgusting!

Another place with zero customer service. I show up to grab orders and was told they weren’t in the window and they had no idea how long. This is absolutely rediculous.

My granddaughter suggested Frogtown Johnie's because of her soccer coach. My sister and I went we had excellent beers and very yummy appetizers I cannot wait to go back and have their burger. I would highly recommend.

There is a worker here that keeps changing my music I pay for. Don’t have it available if you don’t like it. Her name is Susie. She isn’t even on shift and went behind the bar and changed my music. I read another review about this and didn’t expect it to happen to me. But it did. I will not spend another dollar here because of her and the bad attitude problem she has.

She claimed she was the manager and she was extremely rude to not only me but the group of people I was with because I asked a question. I’m a regular normally but she has turned me away. Her name is Susie. She knows us so well she had our orders memorized. Worst server ever. And she owes me $5 for skipping the songs I paid for with fast pass. I will only come here if I k owes specific bar tenders are working. I came in today to see someone and Susie was at the bar. She gave me the worst dirty look and if I was an aggressive person I would have said something to her about it. She needs to be fired before all you good workers are gone because of her. I will continue to give you a low rating while she works there. The rest of the staff and food is great.

Painfully slow experience... 😳 The exact opposite of fast food; they make McDonald's look like Jimmy John's 🙄
