I feel like since they've raised their prices the quality has gone down. I order the tofu curry bowl and 3 times they've put noodles instead of rice with my order. Today I ordered a tofu curry bowl and the wanton straps were stale and the sauce seemed like it was burnt. The new app is terrible. No more rewards.

This place is great. I got a bowl with salmon, and loaded with about everything I could put on it, and my wife got some California rolls. My bowl came out great. Salmon was cooked perfectly and the veggies were fresh. My wife's California rolls were good too. The crab was great. And filling too! I am completely full. Not bad for $15.The servers were nice, and the place was clean. This is probably my favorite place to eat on this side of town. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and a tofu option for your protein.

The food itself was lacking. The vegetables were dry. It was more of a subway set up which is unique however the food didn’t have covers on them meaning most of the food was dried out and didn’t taste fresh. The server was nice. Honestly not worth the price for the quality of rolls and the rice bowl. Building itself was clean though. Building has potential.

Just left 3/2/24 and both workers were asked to wash hands before serving our food, and both had a attitude after being ask to be hygienic about food I'm ordering and paying for.

I ordered on DoorDash hoping for a healthier option for dinner , I got the salmon poke bowl because my friend had just ordered it from DoorDash at work the day before and it looked delicious ( this was my first time trying fusian and it was NOT a good experience) I also got the kids bento box although it is for children I felt that was the best option to try a few things since it was my first time trying this place . The kids bento box was supposed to have a cucumber salad , 2 potstickers and a tuna sushi roll. When it arrived the box looked pretty much empty and there was no cucumber salad. My salmon poke bowl did not have the soy-sesame sauce in it it was supposed to have so it was super bland and I had to settle for the soy sauce packets they gave. There was also brown pieces of salmon I picked out , browned avocado & all my salmon was cut except one big piece which was strange. I called the restaurant to let them know my cucumber salad was missing and asked if they knew who made it to make sure it wasn't the doordasher who took it. To which the girl replied I don't know who made it and all of my employees are gone for the night kind of dismissing me and didn't seem to concerned, told me to call DoorDash and get a refund and that they , I quote "probably forgot it" . Called DoorDash and got a refund for that item to which I should have called and got a refund for it all because later tonight I got really bad food poisoning and got sick a few times and that's the only meal I ate today because I was busy throughout the day. Long story short terrible first experience, doesn't seem like they care about their customers/ customer service or the food they're putting out & I will not be spending money here ever again. Makes me really sad because I'm a major foody and I have worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years , was hoping to find a new place I loved. Edit: I also just remembered I put that I wanted spicy mayo as the sauce for the bento box and I never got that either. (When you online order it makes you pick atleast one sauce for the box) I can also see from all the bad reviews that many other people have gotten sick from this restaurant and I will be calling the health department to make a report.

I had the standard tofu roll, and it was delicious. I have been going here occasionally since its opening in 2017. The service is always fast and friendly. The atmosphere is modern and bright. They have so many great options for vegans like myself and non-vegans alike.Dietary restrictions: They have lots of vegan and vegetarian options.

This used to be a go-to spot but it's fallen off unfortunately. No music playing, paint chipping on the tables, sad vibes. Fish quality isn't good. Ramen was $16, Kato downtown is $17 and leagues ahead. POS requires the employee to ask if you'd like to leave a tip which is awkward. It would take severe change for me to come back but I wish you the best.
Pretty good for a make your own ramen thing. A little sweet on the palette. The broth was cold but the reimbursed us so nbd. A little expensive for what you get.Vegetarian options: They have tofu and edamame. Tofu was a bit sweet.

Recently had a meal to go at this restaurant. I ordered a California roll and it was good. Came with wasabi and pickled ginger. Very beautifully rolled. The person I was with got two vegetarian rolls and they were also delicious and beautifully rolled. If you enjoy sushi and want something quick I would highly recommend Fusian.

With the Chipotle-like ordering my expectations weren't high, but was pleasantly surprised. Fish was good and veggies crisp. Had a poke bowl w mixed tuna/salmon. Great drinks. Would recommend to a friend.

The chipotle of sushi!! So delicious, a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it! I will say the smoked salmon was lacking in freshness, but I just wont order it again. The tempura shrimp?? BUSSIN!!!! Roe?! BUSSIN!!!!!
