It's ridiculous when my mother writes a lengthy review after I begged her to go eat there because the food is so good only for the establishment to delete responses to the review and basically accuse her of lying about being there saying the time wasn't a valid time. The food there USED to be good. It was like we went to a different restaurant NOT the Fuzzy Taco that I was used to. So here you go Fuzzy Taco here is the receipt as well as proof from my Fuzzy Taco account. There wasn't a manager there or we were lied to because I had asked for a manager because I was upset that I wasn't told my 2,000 points I had were expiring/expired. Not only has your quality in food changed but apparently so has your customer service. I hate being accused of lying.

It was a takeout order, the place was completely empty at 5pm and that should have been the first red flag.

Yesterday 1/30/26 my daughter took me to an early dinner it was my first time there and last. It was absolutely terrible rice and beans were cold like they had just been taken out of the cooler. No flavor at all, tacos barely had any meat more lettuce than anything and small also cold. The kids meals ordered potatoes were overcooked almost burnt and they forgot the sauce for quesadilla had to go ask for it. The other kids meal taco the rice and taco was also ice cold. The sweet tea was disgusting obviously it was old and their containers don’t get washed definitely a health issue. Ordered the taco meals with rice and beans (cold and no flavor) which were terrible maybe a teaspoon if that of meat and cold as well. Also ordered the chips and queso sauce (chips burnt) maybe from reheated because they tasted old/stale. Restaurant definitely lacked cleanliness had to wipe table/silverware off. Staff was not friendly or even cordial like we were putting them out, when we walked in that should have been first clue the place was terrible but daughter insisted that I give it a try. No, I’m sorry about the items we had to ask for that they forgot. Spent $44.00 something might as well say $45.00 there for the WORST food save your money and go to Taco Bell which isn’t saying much either. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody I do believe the health department needs to come do an inspection there. Observed a gentleman who ordered before us come back in, he had a take out order and obviously there was an issue with it because he wasn’t happy by the look on his face. Hard to believe this place is still in business because I do recall hearing good things about it when it first opened up. What a WASTE of money for the food and the serving sizes. Also three of us got sick from eating there. Terrible experience, outrageous prices for the food and the serving size not to mention customer service sucked. Never in my life would I say, Taco Bell was better but in this case it’s a fact. Beyond disappointed in this place.

The food is really great when they get the order right. This is the third time in a row I have ordered my tacos with no pico and an extra side of sauce, and my tacos have come with pico and no sauce (although, the receipt is correct, and I am charged extra.) The first two times I was dining in, so it was an easy fix, but this time I had to eat a rather expensive, disappointing meal at home.

Food- Okay. Put Pico when I said no Pico. Issue- Paid in cash, $28 total, gave cashier guy $30 told him to keep it. Guess who discounted my meal and pocketed $8? Cashier guy. My issue is- don't rob your place of employment when someone pays cash. It's gross and dishonest. Management seriously needs to look into this. I went yesterday (1-26) mid day.

Got my haircut Saturday afternoon next door walked out and saw the place, being new to area I said I could go for some tacos…. Walked in not expecting much place was empty….. and wow blown away would be an understatement incredible tacos/ burritos food was amazing I couldn’t believe the place was so empty service with a smile super helpful server. Amazing price as well A+ I’ll be back for sure

I didn't think the bowl I ordered was too complicated but it took an unusually long time. So long that I think it was a manager who noticed. The young man offered me a drink while I waited and apologized for the delay. I took it all in stride. Once I got my meal back to my hotel and began eating......WOW!! DELISH! Everything was so fresh!! Because of the flavors and the taste of the food ...this is why 5 STARS!

Went here after leaving Popeyes. Wanted to try Popeyes for the first time, but there were hostile customers, so we decided to eat tacos. Fuzzy's Taco Shop made me laugh and it was close, so we went there instead. It was delicious and totally made up for it.
