As someone who is perpetually anxious about going to new places, I felt as though I walked into a friend's home and could take a comfortable breath when I first entered this business. It has been on my radar for weeks, but I finally stopped in for the first time just today to try one of their meal-replacement smoothies. I was welcomed warmly by Roxyy, who informed me of what I was getting into very well by explaining the menu to me clearly. I always get nervous about ordering at a new place, but I absolutely loved the Mango/Strawberry Sherbert smoothie I ordered!!! I was so happy with it that I can't wait to go back!

I love this shop! Everyone there has been very knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me avoid food allergies that many other places donât know how to check for. I work out and about and I love having a healthier food option. I get cravings for the shakes and I can tell when I havenât been eating well because all i crave and all I want is Glendale nutrition!
