I love Glendale Nutrition! Renee and her team are my go to, almost daily for my protein shakes/coffees, Meg Tea Bombs, Donut shots and more! Great welcoming and personal conversation everytime you walk in the door! My 2 kids love it too!

As someone who is perpetually anxious about going to new places, I felt as though I walked into a friend's home and could take a comfortable breath when I first entered this business. It has been on my radar for weeks, but I finally stopped in for the first time just today to try one of their meal-replacement smoothies. I love this shop! Everyone there has been very knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me avoid food allergies that many other places don’t know how to check for. I work out and about and I love having a healthier food option. I get cravings for the shakes and I can tell when I haven’t been eating well because all i crave and all I want is Glendale nutrition!
