Best ham fried rice ever

Not open, and it looks like they never will open. All run down, side takeout window stays open and all dark inside with no activity at all

The outside of this restaurant and the area it's in both look a little rough. If you can get past that and walk inside you'll feel as if you just stepped into the Jade Palace in Kung Fu Panda which I really enjoyed ☺️. The food was good and is pretty similar to what you'd find at any Asian/American restaurant. Everything was freshly made and nice and hot. I would definitely like to go again.

I had shrimp fried rice and spring and shrimp egg rolls from here and was sick me and my daughter and I did my significant other, had bubble guts, diarrhea, and threw up. When I called and complained, telling them this, the lady was very nonchalant. I spent almost $30, and she didn't even offer to refund sorry or anything. I would have even been okay with her even making my food over she didn't even offer that either.

The food at golden lily was fine except for the shrimp egg roll! It tasted as if it were dipped in cinnamon and the roll was a little thick as if steamed but the shrimp fried rice was great! The restaurant hasn’t been the same since back in the day but I’ll give them an E for effort.

Vegetarian options: The Chinese vegetables the egg foo young among others

Dietary restrictions: There are foods that are great for diabetics that are tasty.

Parking: Parking around the building so that you don’t have to walk very far.

Kid-friendliness: There are some choices on the menu that’s good for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on one floor and the entrance is level enough for wheelchair accessibility.

Consistent, above average Chinese-American food. Prices better than other Chinese fare in the Toledo area. Nice people, best CFR (chicken fried rice) in town. Worth the 20 minute drive each way. Even better, stay and eat there so your food is nice and warm. If you are on the Ohio Turnpike I-80 / 90, exit at Reynolds Road, and it's two minutes North of the Turnpike. And, even if you just get a Spring Roll, it's worth a visit to see inside. A re-purposed Arby's restaurant with just fantastic ceiling decor. 4.5 stars.

Parking: Handicapped and standard parking on the North side of the place.

Kid-friendliness: Booths for the kids, or tables for all.

Wheelchair accessibility: All at ground level.

This is by far what I believe to be the best Chinese food in the city. Hands-down. I’ve never had a bad experience and I keep coming back for more. It is the best almond boneless chicken I have ever had anywhere in the United States and chicken lo mein is awesome. Despite the great tasting food, you will pay some money eating here. Today I ordered a Almond boneless chicken dinner combo with chicken fried rice And an order of chicken lo mein. It was $40. Their prices keep going up, and while the food taste great, I think it’s starting to outweigh the value. I have been eating at this place since I was a kid and they were downtown. But, I simply cannot pay $40 for a combo and order of chicken lo mein. So, I am looking for a new place to get Chinese food and will keep this place as a special occasion only Dinner. I imagine they are probably losing quite a few customers to these price hikes. I understand that they cost may have gone up a little, But what they are charging the customers is completely ridiculous.

Ok, so we get there, and it's only one person who seems to be handling the tables. Automatically, I'm thinking they are short staffed, so them taking 5min is ok. It passed 5 minutes and still didn't ask what we wanted. Finally got to order, and I asked for orange chicken that for some reason doesn't come with fried rice unless you get the combo. Ok cool...i guess I'll get the combo. They came out with sweet and sour chicken with an orange sauce all over it. Like it was heavy on there...still trying to just push towards the taste of the food. Started to and the food tasted like I was at an all you can eat restaurant. It all tasted like it was made in the same thing..the chicken, the sauce and the rice all had different textures and small flavoring of its own individualism but pretty much tasted the same....I'm not even going into how everything looked and felt about the place. 4/10 do not recommend unless you just want to feel full.
