I usually go to The grape leaf on McCord but a group of us were on the Monroe St. side of town and thought we'd give the express a try.
We had a A+++ experience. The staff was exceptional, the restaurant was clean and beautiful and the food was plentiful and delicious. There were 4 of us and we all are ready to return. Not today... We walk out of there totally satisfied with full bellies.
Kinda mid. Yummy food but pretty expensive for nothing…. 15 freakin dollars for 5 peices do chicken…? I would come back as the cheaper stuff had better value. Also rice was kinda mid with a lid. The fries were so good I think about them everyday maybe maybe not maybe I’m lying. Service was nice.

I LOVE this place! The food is always amazing! They have the best hummus, beef and grape leaves in the area. The employees are such hard workers, especially Ahmed who works the front counter. He is extremely friendly, very fast and efficient!
By far one of the best encounters I’ve had since I started door dashing Usually, when picking orders up, I expect to be there for 5 to 10 minutes until order is ready These amazing guys not only had my order ready and were so polite and sweet They even gave me hummus and pita to snack while out dashing You guys are awesome Keep up the great work. I like to sit in a restaurant I've not been to before. To me,it's usually a better indicator of thier quality but I wasn't buying it so it was take out. I had a kafta sandwich with a large tabuli. The sandwich was a nice size with plenty of meat. Perfect mixture of all the fixings inside it,I even ate the pickle inside. The tabuli was a good value and tasted wonderful, especially if your like me and like the flavor heavy on the lemon juice. Looking forward to trying more on thier menu in the future.

My favorite lunch spot! I used to frequent the diner in Holland and this is the next best thing being much closer. I love their hummus recipe and the lemon rice soup are staples every time I go.
