Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

Got the buckeye, 6/10 until i tasted the cone then 5/10 because the cone tasted like the fabuloso cleaner permeated into the cone and i couldnt finished it tasted so bad

Handel’s Ice Cream located in Toledo, Ohio offers two locations to offer patrons delicious, fresh ice cream all year round. And as we are almost to October and still rocking temperatures into the high 80s, it felt like the perfect time to get some delicious #icecream with the family and soak in the warm air a little longer ! I can also attest that their seasonal Caramel Apple ice cream is absolutely delicious!! If you ever in Toledo, feel free to check them out! (They tend to be VERY busy when weather is nice so prepare to wait! It is worth it!!)

Yum! Lots of choices.

Very rude, poor customer service. Inquired about when drive through might open and why it's closed. Young girl, with manager listening, said rudely- We don't like to take orders from there and this window. It's too much work. My milkshakes were a mess- running down the outside of the cups. I asked for a plastic bag or another option to have them not drip in my car for a short transport. I was told- We don't have anything, as the window was slammed shut. I realize buying ice cream isn't a necessity, but for what they charge they could at least be pleasant and care about a customer leaving unhappy. Go somewhere else to get ice cream- not here.

Girlfriend and I went here over 30 minutes before closing on 9/10 open sign still on. Was just glanced at by the employees for over 10 minutes as they ignored us and then I left. I wouldn't have even minded if they just opened the window and said they were closing or something.

Delish and great service.

Wildly understaffed. We waited in like for like 20 minutes and the line moved 4 feet. We left before being served.

This place deserves the maximum stars you can get. The ice cream is the best. Its creamy and any flavor of ice cream can be made into a milkshake. The employees are always nice and smiling. I have never met an employee that has a bad attitude that works here. Awesome is an understatement. I would definitely recommend to get ice cream here.

Ice cream products of 4 and Personnel 5 stars. The staff was very attentive and followed our requests. It's homemade ice cream and I think you should be able to order as many flavors on a cone as you want and not have it limited to two. A small cone seems to have two scoops. They're very quick at processing your order as well.
