I just want to say that my mom & I love this place. We always get the turtle sundae. Dee at the drive thru is awesome. She is always so sweet & she is so nice to my dog Noodle every time she sees him. We will be back! 🤍

Wow! What a hidden gem on Reynolds Road! We stopped by to try out this place. We had a BBQ beef and a Chicken sandwich! Of course it included chips and a soft drink! We added pumpkin ice cream as a treat, even at 40 degrees! Thanks to Mandy for treating us well! We will be back!!! Encourage others to stop by and pick from their vast assortment of treats’.

Customer service has been nice and consistent. We've been for the same item 3x now... the ice cream nachos, and ordered the same every time. The very first time heaping nice portions, so $10 well spent. Last time, a lot of chips with a portion in the middle. Still delicious, but preferred the way it first was, I've cream on bottom and top, with the fixings all over. Again, nice service, just noting how different the exact same item is pending on person making it.

I ordered a medium Chocoholic Tornado and expected something a bit more exciting—maybe some fudge, chocolate sprinkles, or mix-ins. Instead, it was just a large cup of plain chocolate soft serve. While the portion size was decent, it didn’t feel worth the $8.50 price tag.
If I were craving the same thing again, I’d honestly just head to Dairy Queen. Maybe the other flavors are better, but I won’t be back to find out—especially since I’m not local to Toledo. Also, despite this being an independent shop, the service felt more like a generic corporate chain.
My star ranking system: 1: Bad / Don't go there 2: Could be better 3: Average 4: Above average but not the best 5: A true top notch place

Overpriced.. basic. Charge extra for everything.. go to Mr.Freeze.. Mr. Gs Barn... Handels.. so many other spots that give you a large portion and a great selection
