I ordered a medium Chocoholic Tornado and expected something a bit more exciting—maybe some fudge, chocolate sprinkles, or mix-ins. Instead, it was just a large cup of plain chocolate soft serve. While the portion size was decent, it didn’t feel worth the $8.50 price tag.
If I were craving the same thing again, I’d honestly just head to Dairy Queen. Maybe the other flavors are better, but I won’t be back to find out—especially since I’m not local to Toledo. Also, despite this being an independent shop, the service felt more like a generic corporate chain.

Overpriced.. basic. Charge extra for everything.. go to Mr.Freeze.. Mr. Gs Barn... Handels.. so many other spots that give you a large portion and a great selection

My first time here and the service was great. We ordered quickly and were served quickly. They were SO nice! However, I had a cappuccino tornado and it honestly tasted nothing like cappuccino or coffee. It was mostly just chocolate chips and caramel. The ice cream just had no flavor. I’m not sure if it was made poorly for me this time or if the recipe needs to be evaluated.
I also tried the strawberry ice cream cone and it just didn’t have a lot of taste either. I eat at other ice cream places often and this just seemed to be almost tasteless in comparison.

Not impressed. Just rolled through for an $8 Tornado. Barely any toppings. Took way too long, and didn't make the order correctly. Mr. Freeze is less than 5 mins away. Charges 5 for the same item and doesn't have attitude issues with staff.

One of my favorite ice cream spots!! Love they are open year round!! The pretzel and root beer floats are my favorites!!! Good customer service as well!
