We love the dole whip and flavor of the weeks. I think one out 20-30 times ordering we'd gotten one that was more hollow than usual but we've also had one or two that were packed extra good, so it averaged out in our favor.
We would love to see some more vegan friendly options but we'll keep coming back for that dole whip xD

We ordered malts on Friday, April 18 and again today, April 19. On Friday, we ordered 1 small malt and 2 large malts. All was good. Today, we ordered 1 small and 1 medium. The small was tiny and not the same size as the small malt yesterday. The medium, a chocolate peanut butter malt, was inedible. Something had gone bad with the ingredients. I took it back, the girl who I spoke to laughed and laughed and laughed that it was so funny that the malt was bad. They remade it and again it was awful. I said to the girl it must be something that has gone bad. Her response was “Well I haven’t tried it I wouldn’t know.” I informed her again there has to be an ingredient that has gone bad. She response was “well this is how I would make it for any customer.” I again repeated something was wrong, and her response was again “I wouldn’t know I didn’t try it, but this is how I’d make it for anyone. This is what you wanted.” She also asked me if I’ve ever ordered this before, to which I told her I had this just yesterday. She continued to not care that there was a bad ingredient. In this mix, I questioned the size discrepancies and she informed me that they aren’t told a size, you get the size you get based on who makes it. That’s an absolute horrendous response. I often get malts at Hannah’s and will never ever go back. This was that horrible.

OK because they’re open in the winter. They do not layer their Sundays or turtle Sundays very well and they charge a 50 Cent fee if you use your debit card. There’s a place not far from there Chitter Chatter On Airport Highway close to Albon rd Hands-down, best food, best ice cream they take the time to layer their turtle Sundays and all Sundays Perfectly! Chitter Chatters is on point!! The workers there are very efficient and there can be a line of 25 people and you’ll have your ice cream within 10 minutes if you’re 26th in inline!! No, I do not own the place I mentioned or work for them, just a customer! Maybe the owners of Hannah‘s should take a drive and try their ice cream and food and see how efficient this place operates!

I ordered a sundae and 2 hot dogs. The hot dogs were, honestly, the worst I've ever had. The sundae was good but overpriced.

It was supposed to be a chocolate malt. She kept pouring it out and adding ice cream.... 3 times. It was pasty and not well mixed. Had to instruct on how to make a traditional malt. Training is definitely needed

The place is a great place to get ice cream, very affordable and cute. But what’s not cute is that it shouldn’t be a teenagers first job, management is very rude and unhelpful. I just wish places gave teenagers a chance to learn and managers to be patient with new employees.
With so many businesses closing, I am so glad Hannah's Soft Serve is still serving the public with such great service. Especially for those of with sweet tooths.
