Really enjoyed our stop at Hannon’s Block! The classic brick pub atmosphere gives it a warm, inviting feel that’s perfect for relaxing after some time on the road. Went for brunch and husband got the French omlette and loved it. I got the block burger (cooked perfectly)and fries and it was very good. Tried the brunch cocktail The Salty Dog and was pretty good, the salt rim made the drink. I liked the atmosphere and will try again for dinner.

I had the corned beef hash during Sunday brunch. It was the best I've ever had hands down. The potatoes with onions and peppers was amazing, the sauce was amazing, and the corned beef was really fantastic.

I cannot put into words how much I love this place! It has got soul through and through. You just have to come in and experience it for yourself, if I even try to describe it, I could not do it justice. We had the fresh meatball with House made sauce and fresh noodles, French onion soup, and the charred broccoli. The meatball with fresh noodles and French onion soup were 10 out of 10 delicious. Unfortunately, we did not get any pictures of the food because we ate it so fast! Also, our server, Faith, was so sweet, friendly and helpful, and an absolute knowledgeable delight!

Unfortunately, I left unimpressed. I just stopped in for a cocktail before a Mudhens game. It was not busy yet, 7 people at the bar top, but all were served or finishing up. The service is what lacked. No greeting upon entering or when I sat at the bar, and not even an acknowledgement that someone would be right with me. It was several minutes before I was finally acknowledged. Then it took servers to make my drink. I guess you need to be a regular to get good service. I ordered a margarita, that was 12.00, and very small and average at best. They added a 3.25% charge, I guess for using a credit card card.

The server was very, very slow. Slow greeting us, slow getting our drinks ( 1 martini, 1 can of coke ) slow checking on us after the manager delivered our food. Slow with the check after we asked for it.(10 minutes later) Walked right past us several times and still didn't bring the check....

This was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in years. Cool decor, great staff, excellent food and menu. And seriously, almost all restaurants have crappy coffee but Hannon’s was great! I loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. I from Madison, WI and I will return.

Great old brick building in downtown Toledo. Great look on the inside with exposed bricks and high ceilings. Nice selection of beers, I had the cream sickle orange wheat ale that was really tasty. I had the Walleye with mashed potatoes which was very good, nice big piece of Walleye on the plate.Had the Artichoke Feta dip which was very creamy and their pita chips held up well. My wife had the steak frites which was NY strip cut into strips which was very solid along with restaurant cut fries. Nice atmosphere, friendly service just took a bit to get the food but not a major issue. If you are looking for a nice place for good food and a relaxing atmosphere this is your place!

This place was delicious! The place felt historically modern..the bartender was experienced and you could tell by the taste of the drinks..one of the best chicken sandwiches I had the pleasure of trying! Cant wait to go back! Hannon’s Garage is nice spot to grab a drink real chill and low key

I thought the prices were a little high when I first sat down. I was corrected when I got my food. You definitely get what you pay for here and I cannot express how good the food was. I got the seasoned avocado and I can confidently say it was probably the beat avocado I have ever had. Worth every penny. The brussel sprouts, I ate all of them and wanted more. Better than what momma makes. Our server Sam was great with helping us make our food selections and keeping us taken care of. The owner/cook has it figured out. Eat here. You will be happy you did.
