Slow lack luster service. Took 10 mins to get our cokes. Not a busy night. Girls not very friendly, kind of looked annoyed.

My boyfriend got food poisoning from the chicken wings. My shrimp was cold. The guy next to us ordered the crab legs and the first batch he got came out frozen.

Manager was walking around asking how everything was. I mentioned my shrimp was cold, he did offer to make me a new batch, but as we were traveling home from Michigan, we didn’t have time to get a fresh order (especially since we had already waited over a half hour for our food).

We love hooters but would avoid this location next time.

It's been a while since I've been to Hooters. I have to say the food was cooked very well. I got both naked and breaded wings. They had plenty of sauce on them and were nice and crispy. Chloee (2 e's) did a great job and the service was fantastic. I personally like the smaller menu, the business kept all the important dishes. I'm looking forward to coming back for BOGOs. It had been too long since I visited, I won't be gone that long again. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and neat.

They changed the wing sauce, it is really bad. Not a simple tweak on recipe the entire base has been changed. I found Hot and 3 Mile almost inedible. The dry rubs are still okay.

Thanks for the reply, genuinely have you tried that? Not one person in there was ok with it, full baskets of wings left on many tables, the manger really tryingto make right but its a bad product, a brand destroying one. You replaced a signature vinegar based Buffalo with a butter (oil) based and it is awful and by the time up put on enough to get heat it's disgustingly greasy. Please get this fixed.

Is the new owner trying to run this place into the ground? Used to come 3x a week and I've never seen a place go downhill so fast. 20 wing sauces down to like 5, you now have to pay $1 for ranch with wings, staff turnover has been crazy.

I tried going back yesterday one last time and sat for 20 minutes while 2 cooks argued with each other yelling across the kitchen. No manager de-escalated, how unprofessional can you be?

It's been terrible watching this place fall apart the past 2 months. Read reviews.... OWNER - DO YOU EVEN CARE!????

I used to come here with my friend Nick who came daily. Did you read his review? You lose $1200/month by these changes from ONE person. There's a point in which you need to acknowledge your terrible decisions and save the restaurant you are actively destroying.

Better off going to TP. I showed up to do a little birthday lunch with my son, he got a lemonade and I got a water, not the drink I ordered, but No big deal thats typical. So we wait almost 15 minutes still nothing, not asked for our appetizer order, my drink was never brought to me, I watched 2 other people place orders after us, and get their drinks before we were even thought of. I wanted to be considerate, so we waited longer, until my son started asking to just leave and go to McDonald's. Now idk if my waitress forgot or... idk... but I watched the bartender personally serve up 4 mixed drinks and 2 beers to tables, before we decided to leave because our waitress hadn't been back to our table, even tho she served up drinks too, 2 other tables literally ignoring us as she walked by and back by. So yeah we decided to leave, Upon walking out, my waitress was standing by the front door casually jabbering with another girl.... I threw 4 bucks down for the lemonade my son ordered, even tho I did not allow him to take it. Over 20 minutes there give or take, and the most pitiful service ive ever had without receiving ANYTHING, Or having my order taken. The attitude of the waitress wasnt even friendly upon greeting or seating. The place wasn't close to busy either. I was there September 28th, around early dinner time. Between 5 and 6pm. Now in turn it was also the best thing that could have happened that day for my Son and I's, Guy Day, Road trip, Birthday Trip. I say this because we ended up instead at Twin Peaks, and I could not have asked for better food, (too hot to touch, and served in less than 30 minutes.) They were maybe half full, mildly busy, but more so than Hooters. My son and I both had our drinks within 5 minutes of Entering!!! appetizers were ordered when the first drinks arrived!!! I took a little long to actually order my actual meal, but that because the atmosphere was so much more light hearted, inviting and fun, my son just wanted to wave at everyone and play his provided game and coloring page. They treated us like family. Nothing served was cool or warm, it was HOT, or ICE COLD 🍺. I cannot say enough how disappointed I was with my experience to this Hooters Location. My guess, time for new management, or a fresh round of training for some servers.

We were there for 20 minutes without being helped or greeted. They told us to sit where we wanted and the servers and manager walked by us multiple times without even letting us knoe they'd be with us soon. The table behind us was told they forgot to put in their order. So we left. Blake, the bar manager, is not management material. They were not busy. It was 7:30pm on a Saturday night.
