Placed and order and they made half of it and then drove back and they made me wait because they didn’t even make the other half of my order not fun waiting 30 extra minutes for nothing

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel like I have to say something. We ordered from Hungry Howies and made one very simple request: garlic sauce with our meal. Not once, not twice, but three times we asked for it.
First, we added it in the special instructions on the order. No response. So we followed up with a phone call to double-check — we were told it would be included. Finally, when the driver arrived, we reminded them again, and they assured us it was in the bag. Spoiler: it wasn’t.
It might sound like a small thing, but the garlic sauce was a key part of what we were looking forward to with our meal. The food itself was fine, but when you ask for something three times and still don’t get it, it just shows a total lack of attention and care.
It’s not about the sauce — it’s about the service. If a business can’t get a simple, clearly communicated request right after being reminded multiple times, it really makes you question how seriously they take customer satisfaction.
Very disappointing experience, and we won’t be ordering from Hungry Howies again.
