Waiting forever to be seated everyone was in the kitchen gabbing was hardly any patrons in the place, after being seated we sat for several minutes and no one came to even take a drink order we walked out we never go back lousy service

Shaylynn, Alicia, Amy, Jade, Angelo amazing staff. Best coffee in the country. Onion rings made by Arnold are the best I've ever had. Salvador has an amazing crew and has worked very hard to build his team. By far best restaurant and staff!!!!!

This IHOP location was the best one I’ve seen the food was hot and delicious our server was Barbra she was very nice! Even the manager stoped by and checked on us I would recommend this location! Me and my wife really enjoyed the food!

Our food order got messed up. We waited 40 min to get our food while white people that had big parties of 8 or 9 got their food fast with no issues on their orders. I noticed the black people had issues with either their bill, waiting too long to get their food, order issues, etc. We were told we would get 10% off our bill but the manager was very petty and only took $2 off a bill that was $76. If you are from out of town and you want a good experience like us, do not go here. The food was nasty too. Also if you have kids they charge $2.69 for some little tiny baby cup juices. Where I’m from ihop does not give this type of service, disgusting food, or have management that’s incompetent. This place needs new management and kitchen workers.

By far one of the most poorly managed restaurants I’ve ever been to. If you come here, late at night be prepared to wait upwards of 45 minutes for your food, even if you placed an order online an hour in advance. I cannot recommend ever eating here.

I haven’t been to Ohio in years and decided to stop in @ the Talmadge Rd location…we were seated right away, and the food was decent, the coffee was not so hot..tasted old, the atmosphere seemed ok until i noticed the ceiling fan above us..just happy it wasn’t on flinging the grime on it over our meals🤢

Cold old pancakes the scrambled eggs taste soft n mushy my whole order tasted old like it had been sitting cashier was also rude…terrible just go somewhere else for breakfast
