Very low staffing and the crepes were soggy and very chewy..not a very good experience, although the poor server was trying her hardest working an entire restaurant by herself..

Hello, recent customer here, to tell you the horror story of bringing my children to "IHOP" for the experience. We walked in during a fight on 4/20/24 brunch time, and after the fight we still decided to stay once we felt safe enough to sit down. Now I don't know why that fight started but one can only imagine the customer service and the time to serve the food. It took said employees over 25 minutes to grab 2 fountain drinks and 2 coffees. And then it took them another 40+ minutes to come back to get our order. I saw the cook come out and try to figure out where his food was supposed to go and why it was still up. When our food came, it was cold, couldn't even melt the butter. I'm so disappointed ? I just wanted my kids to have "IHOP" instead they got traumatized. 0/10 do not recommend. I saw the manager staff put hands on the conflicting guests. It was totally unprofessional and I felt absolutely unsafe. The managers did not try to calmly do anything, they were rude and pushy towards the guest! I seriously can only imagine they were so upset with their service also. So basically we paid 75$ for a show led by employee/guest just for the entertainment.....

Horrible service. Waited 45 mins for drinks. Was there for over an hr never got food. I was physically assaulted by staff members after confronting the supervisor about yelling at my niece. Bunch of drug addicts working here. Save your time and go somewhere else. This store is a disgrace to the mother franchise.

Worst experience Ever at a restaurant today. Kids excited to go, get there and the heat was on and it was so warm in there. Ok, no biggie. Place our order. Watch people come in, sit down and order after us and get thier food before us. I finally ask what's taking so long, waitress tells us "The food is done and in the window but there's no ticket so I can't take it", I.explain thar my kids are hungry. She asks about refills, we request 2, she brings them back, no straws....Food finally shows up. 1 kid ordered the silver 5, another ordered the face pancake, the other a Colorado omlette, wife and I both order the "Special", the eggs benedict. We get them and the eggs are cooked all the way through and the hollandaise sauce is sour.Waitress comes and asks how everything is, wife tells her all of this and thar she can't eat it. No sorry or anything, we still get charged for the meal that was returned.Will NEVER in my life come back to this establishment.
