Stopped here to eat while in town for a Univ of Toledo football game. The area looked rough, but decided to give it a go. First impression was the place was very dark inside, took a few minutes for my eyes to adjust. What I finally saw looked like something out of 1960's "Rat Pack" movie, only thing missing was ashtrays. Was in for a bit of sticker shock when I saw the menu, but decided a really good steak would be a welcome change from sports bar grub we usually get going to ballgames. Bread and crackers came first, with our meals not far behind on what looked a slow evening. I had a large ribeye steak with rice pilaf and a side salad. The steak was OK, but not worth what I paid for it. I'd rate it about the same quantity as what you'd get at Outback, but 20-25% more expensive. Service was good, our server was friendly and efficient. I was also disappointed ownership does not support my 2nd Amendment right to carry my legally concealed handgun into the restaurant. Per Ohio law, I returned my handgun to my car. While I respect ownership's right to disallow customers from carrying on the premises, in the future I will take my patronage to a restaurant that wants my business.
I have been here many times over the years and it was always good, but the prices have almost doubled and the food is equivalent to texas roadhouse at best! The baked potato wasn't even good! Very disappointed, the only thing that was worth the cost was the desert... Would not suggest this place to anyone again, wont be back... its a shame when good places start to cut corners but charge more for it.
A very unique place with a great atmosphere. Food is very good. Has great service. Great place for a date night or with the family.
Our absolute favorite steak house. I can’t rave enough about the bone marrow butter, crusted on top of your steak! We look forward every year to our anniversary dinner here. Top notch!
We have been coming here for years. Good steaks and food. Sometimes get the temp of the steak wrong but correct it promptly.
The server we had was really slow. Food was mediocre at best some of it was warm/cold like it had been sitting a while before being served. Couple days after my family had a bad experience the restaurant failed health check for roaches and mice. Very gross. I dont know if i'll ever go back. They had so many fails besides that, those were just the worse two.
I have eaten a lot of good steak, but this one was right up there with the best anywhere. We had the pepper crust option on a ribeye. It was crusty and well seared on the outside, but perfectly medium and moist on the inside. Paired with a good wine choice and a baked potato - highly recommended.
Awesome. Here you get the smoothest Newyork Strip Steak or either Ribeye Steak i ever ate in the US. Thanks for serving is.
Cozy and fun ambiance in bar, lovely restaurant with stained glass shaded candles on tables. Friendly service. Cocktails are very well made and a good size (excellent cosmopolitan!). Wine list could be upgraded. Wedge salad, mushrooms were good. We split a large filet and it was good, not great. All in all, a nice, upscale experience in Findlay.
100yr old steak house. Gorgeous setting, wood paneling and spiral staircase. Ask about the history when you're there! Also visit the other Mancy's restaurants - Short's BBQ and Mancy's Italian. So good!

A girlfriend trip to Toledo to see the Reba concert. Had dinner at Mancy's. It was great! The food, the atmosphere, the service.... Everything was wonderful!!!
We had a phenomenal experience. We have had the good fortune to havw eaten at most of the top steakhouses in the US: many of The Palm Restaurants, Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa, several Morton's, Ruth's Chis, Fleming's, the old Stockyard Inn in Chicago, The Prime Grill, Charlie's, the old Arthur's Steakhouse in Philadelphia, Peter Lugar's in Brooklyn, Several Mastro's Restaurants, the old Chris Sella's in Manhattan and Mancy's is as good as any and better than most.
We came here for an early birthday lunch. The ambience was really nice. Dimmed lights, nobody was talking really loud, attentive service. The restaurant has been around for 100 years, so I guess they are doing something right. Definitely has a loyal following. A lot of people were dressed either formal or smart casual. I guess you’ll stick out if you showed up in sweatpants. The steaks were good. We had chili as an appetiser but it came cold. The server was quick to warm it up but when it came back it was still not hot as it should be. But we didn’t make a fuss out of it. We had a pleasant experience but we won’t be back in a hurry. There’s plenty options out there for a good steak. Where this restaurant excel is this would be a great venue for couples and special events.
We stopped here on our way through as all the reviews I read were great. This was definitely the best steak I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant. It was cooked perfectly and was so tender. The sides were delicious as was the desert. The staff were very friendly and the food was quick to get to the table. I recommend this place 10/10!
Mancy's Steakhouse exceeded my expectations tonight! It was my Dad's birthday, Mancy's Steakhouse is his favorite Toledo restaurant. Our server was wonderful (Sandy). The staff was attentive from the greeters to the bussers. I admired how the floor manager wandered the dining room overseeing each table, checking to make sure everything was just right. The Smoked Salmon Dip was delicious with a subtle amount of smoke and flavor, tasting very fresh. Our party enjoyed dry aged steaks with Bone Marrow Butter Crust. From the Filet to the Ribeye to the NY Strip, we found all 3 cuts were prepared wonderfully and had a perfect texture with melt in your mouth tenderness. The celebration cake was the perfect ender. I ordered a cappuccino. I would come back just for the coffee and cake mind you, they were just that good. Thank you so much Mancy's!
