This used to be our favorite family restaurant since they opened to celebrate all occasions from birthdays, graduations to anniversaries. Unfortunately, we went last Sunday to celebrate my son's birthday with our family and needed a table for five. We showed up early at 4:50 to an empty restaurant and we were told we could not be seated for an hour and a half?? The hostess gave no reason why we would need to wait 1 1/2 hours with a smirk so we left and probably wont return. In the lobby we called another smaller but top restaurant in the hobby lobby plaza who welcomed us with no hesitation.

After reporting my issue, Ben Sevilla, the Head Coach in Charge of JAlexanders sent me a very kind and understanding email. I give 5 stars to Mr. Sevilla for following up with me in a very timely manner and appreciate his attention to what happened.

I used to enjoy visiting this place when I come in town, until today. I visited this restaurant after church with my family and was excited because I only come to Toledo once a year. However, today was very different.
First off, the server, Francis was fantastic! The food was pretty good. BUT THE MANAGER WAS AWFUL!! He proceeded to past my table 4 times without stopping and checking in on us but made sure to stop at every table in our section including the one in front and behind us and talked to them. I made eye contact with him one time and he looked my way and turned away. I became extremely uncomfortable and proceeded to let the server know my feelings, paid our tab and left.
Again, the food and servers were really nice and accommodating. That one manager, made sure we were uncomfortable and for that, we will never visit this restaurant again.

It was not melt I. Your mouth good! But it was a fair meal for the price. My husband loved the seared Salmon and the Acorn squash was excellent. The Carrot Cake was disappointing came out flat like a 1 layer cake not the many layers it shows on the Menu online. We also had the deviled eggs appetizers it was wonderful.

Guests are welcomed with warm Midwestern hospitality
The cute guy with the curly hair deserves a raise. I came in today to get a delivery order and I wasn't in the best mood so I wasn't really talkative or overly friendly but despite that he gave me excellent customer service and made sure that I knew I was a priority to the staff. Thanks for not receiving my energy as an insult and continuing to be a good guy I really appreciate it. This is the exact type of mindstate that should be in management if he already isn't.

Came in for dinner tonight. So happy what’s surprised on the five minute wait time when the parking lot full. Our server MJ was a very attentive and bubbly.

This was our second visit to this location. Since the weather was a perfect 74°, we opted to sit on the patio. The food quality was on par with our expectations. Despite the fact that we were her only outside table, Ariana gave us excellent service. Very much worth the drive up from our small town!
