Visiting from out of town for a few days. We didn't feel like going out for dinner and my partner wanted to try Detroit Style Pizza. Hopefully, this is a bad knock off of the real thing. Doughy in the middle and on the bottom, even after we stuck it in the oven. If they screw up your order, they don't care. You get 25 percent off your next () order. Doesn't matter if you don't live in the area. The level of staff asininity sunk my patience to an all time low. But yeah. They don't care. So if you live in the area and you want a 25 percent discount, let me know. I'll give you all the deets on how to benefit from our loss.

Ordered 2 pizzas and pickle cheese bread tonight and it was by far the worst pizza I have ever had. Not only did we not get all of the sauce cups we ordered, but we were missing the pickles on one of the pizzas. The crust was dry and judging by the perfectly round shape and the cardboard flavor, it was most likely a premade frozen crust. I have had better tasting frozen pizza from the grocery store. I will definitely stick to ordering from any other pizza place from now on.

Wanted to try somthing new but was disappointed ...Pizza was terrible and very messy, a TON of sauce and hardly any cheese...my friend ate one peice and we tossed the rest, Bread sticks were alright..and tried a few different sauces which were pretty good..Delivery took longer than said as well..Rather go to the pizza place down the road.

This is our third time ordering from the new Rossford location. It has gotten better every time. Sometimes, you just have to give a new place a little time to work out the kinks. We usually just get pizza, but we got a sub and the apple pie pizza tonight. My son loved the sub and the apple pie pizza was great! Our delivery driver was very great, considering that’s it’s cold and snowy outside tonight! We will definitely keep ordering.

Super disappointed tonight. We ordered at 6:00pm. Finally at 8:25pm I had our pizzas. This was all after the delivery driver “forgot” to grab our pizzas or “didn’t have time to grab” I got two different stories. The pizza was not good even after being freshly made and we drove out of our way to come pick it up so our 7 year old could get to bed. I asked for a refund but was told no but I could have a free dessert! (Which was not good at all).

Order the Detroit style pizza it was the worst pizza I ever ordered (I've ordered from them for yrs) didn't know they could ever get a pizza wrong it was flat as a normal pizza very burnt and they will not honor a discount like they said they would when I tried to order a week later. never get my business again...

Spent over $69 on pizza, salads and pickle bread. The pizza was the absolute worst. It was dried out and not of quality. Definitely won't eat here again and will buy from some where else. I don't even think there was cheese on the pizza.
I was told 45 minutes to 1 hour to have a pizza delivered ??? The place was dead. They claim to not have changed their recipes, which is partially true. In actuality, they have sped up the dough making process. Sometimes you'll get good dough, sometimes you'll get a gooey mess. Definitely not across-the-board. There open sign doesn't work. But the do have "Hours of operation" sign on the door. They won't give you the large one topping pizza at special price, unless you ask for it. Oh, and if you're wondering about the paint scheme....it's not the Italian flag. It's actually Bulgaria !!

Ordered 2 pizza special on Friday evening it and the breadsticks were the worse we have ever experienced. The whole order was doughy and undercooked. Called to tell them about ovens might need more time or higher temperatures. The person answering the phone seemed unconcerned. Not sure if we will continue to buy from J-Cups.

Ordered the Detroit Style pizza and it was top notch! The sauce had a bit on sweetness that complimented the zest and spice of the pepperoni! The mozzarella tasted like it had been shredded fresh and the dough was cooked perfectly!

I've ordered here for years but the last time it was justt uneatable so I called and they didn't care so I said are you telling me to bad so the only thing I was finally offered was a replacement which was the last thing I wanted I didn't ask for my money back just a credit it was the one on summit I won't order from there again
