They seem pleasant there. Last time I was there the guy waiting on me offered me plates. Once when I called and didn’t get through, they called back to take my order - no one does that so that’s good customer service.

I was having a terrible day a few weeks ago, and I had never tried this pizza before. When I was walking home, I passed by it and figured I would get myself some food. That was an amazing decision. The people working there are super nice, the pizza is delicious, and it honestly made my day 10 times better. I now have a new favorite pizza place :)

We moved here from NY two years ago and have tried various pizza spots in the Toledo area. There are some that were pretty good, some that are not as good, were from NY so it’s hard to be the hype as NY pizza is. FUHGEDDABOUDIT 😆 But we decided to try J-Cups new location at McCord & Central. Talked with Dominick & Tyler for a few minutes. Great guys to talk too and Dominick assured us the pizza 🍕 is pretty good. It was, we were very happy with the 2 topping large with garlic Parmesan crust topper. Keep up the good work guys. Give those guys a guys Kyle OWWWWW. Go there and enjoy good people of Toledo 👍🏼👍🏼

Ordered online from the store on Detroit at 9:00pm my order showed up at 10:55 cold, soggy, and stinking of marijuana as the driver pulled up finishing his last puffs on the blunt in my driveway before getting out of the car.

Ordered pizza tonight through the Slice app. When I drove to the store, they were closed. And not only did I have to figure out how to cancel my order, I had to find somewhere else to order pizza. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Get it together JCups!! If you are closing the store, shut off order ordering in the Slice app. Ridiculous waste of time.
Ordered a pizza via door dash. It would be very nice and sanitary if you guy's a seal sticker on the pizzas.

Folks were super nice when we picked up our pizzas. We had a Detroit style Jim Jacob Pizza and a cheese Mini Muncher. Food was delicious. Fast and well priced. We'll be ordering again soon.

I ordered a couple days ago and was not impresses. I ordered a regular peperoni and cheese and the lack of cheese was disappointing a the crust was pretty thin for original crust. To be honest, it tasted like an over prices frozen pizza.

We were excited to try your pizza. It tasted undercooked. Very little sauce, very little cheese to balance the bread.
Very disappointed. Not sure how long you have been here, but definitely too many better pizza places in close proximity.
Hopefully, you just had an off night. Our pizza did not look like the photos.

I just want to let everyone know that you've got to try this pizza place. It's newly opened on the corner of Central & Mc Cord Rd. This is honestly the best pizza I've ever had. I ordered a medium, mushroom/ bacon with a stuffed crust. It was so cheesy, the crust was perfect. This is my new pizza place for sure.
