The pizza was way overdone in my opinion, almost close to being burnt. The crust was also very tough to bite through. It was edible but definitely was not good pizza.

I wish that I tried this place MUCH sooner! I started ordering from here a couple of months ago and have been happy with my order each time. My favorite pizza is the veggie. It is loaded with toppings and the crust is perfect. The chocolate chip skillet is delicious too.

Second visit where the dough on my Detroit style deep dish never fully rose. Was doughy and chewy, not at all like a Detroit style should be. Maybe it's a recipe change from when they first opened, but it's not as good as it used to be.

So J cups literally just opened in Rossford. We ordered by phone because the online coupon code didn’t work. No big deal the very nice lady who answered the phone gave us the deal. I was told that our two pizzas would be ready in ten minutes. I thought that it was quick but I went in maybe twelve minutes later was not surprised that it wasn’t ready. Still no big deal. The employees were working hard. The brand new restaurant was clean. Everyone I spoke with was really friendly. The manager said that she was sorry for my wait and gave us an order of breadsticks very nice of her. I was really excited about a new pizza place so close to us. I got into the car with my waiting husband and opened up one of the boxes. The pizza looked and smelled great. We got home and tried the food. I never tried the bread but my husband said that it was under cooked. I bit into the large regular crust pizza with spicy pepperoni and bacon. It was tasty the first few bites but. I felt that it was also under cooked. My husband said before I was able to this needed more time in the oven too. I didn’t even finish it. I tried the Detroit style crust pizza with meatballs and unfortunately it too was not fully cooked. We were bummed about the pizza and bread. But the prices are good and again everyone working there was very nice. I can say for sure that we will give them another chance. We will be hoping for a better experience.

Had to wait about and extra 20 minutes this time; they appeared to be under staffed. The manager wanted to give me back $6 of my $12 order; but I refused. I have always had excellent service at this location so really had no issues. The pizza and cheese bread were excellent as usual.

Worked here for 6 years. Absolutely loved it when I was working there, up until about a little over a year ago. Constant staff changes. I went in the other day and noticed how poorly employees were being treated by the manager, was super dirty, and the pizza wasn't the best quality. Such a shame. A lot of the originally employees have left due to what it has turned into, including myself.

Its a pizza. Not too much to say. Had their Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and it had thick slices of chicken. Also, their new pickle bread is surprisingly good as well.

This was my first time ordering from them. Ordered online. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, still no pizza. Tried calling the store directly. No answer, just the message of how they won awards on a loop. After 1 hour and 30 minutes finally received a cold pizza with cheese shifted to one side and an undercooked crust. This is the wrong business for you.

I don’t know how these guys have won all these awards, the pizza was just ok. Needed more sauce on the pizza and cheese tasted like low grade cheese. The breadsticks were horrible and the side of sauce it came with was enough for one breadstick.
