I moved to Toledo a couple years ago and have had a hard time finding a pizza place I love. J-Cups nails it! It’s the perfect thickness for me and the ingredients are just right for an affordable pizza. Don’t skip this place like I did, they’re the best around.

The pizza is fairly good, but for christ sake the service is unmatched. Not in a good way. Almost every time we order from here they mess up our order. You need sauces? Great, you will pay for it, and not receive it! This time around I ordered 3 ranches, and get 1. Just be ready for an incomplete order.

Everything was fine until we opened the wings for my daughter's dinner. There was nothing and I mean nothing to them. We called and stated we were not happy about them. These were our daughter's dinner but there was nothing for her to eat. We took pics next to the ranch cup for reference. It was ridiculous. The kid stated basically, “it is what it is”on the phone there was nothing he could do, he doesn't set the prices. My daughter said she was not eating them because there was nothing there and they were burnt. I took them to the store to show them and ask for my money back. The kid took my receipt and threw it in the garbage. I said this is how your going to play here and he said yes it was. I just wanted my money back for an item that was NOT even close to the menu picture. He said he provided a service and I had to pay for it.

I never got the chance to eat here. When I called to place the order. The guy told me to call a different location because they didn’t deliver to my location. I called a different location. The same guy picked up and was very rude and disrespectful Saying he was the owner I do not recommend this place to anyone until they learn how to treat their customers.

We ordered pizza for our staff at our office the pizza was burnt. Manager asked for pics which I sent - no response after. I have ordered from place in Oregon - never disappointed. Won’t order from this location again.

I was doing a delivery for them and I saw a kid making pizza & had no gloves on spreading all that bacteria everywhere I don’t care if he was his hands always where gloves because you are making multiple pizzas ain’t no telling what else they do and also they need to upgrade the place it’s a mess in their from grill to tray etc it’s on Alexis rd

The pizza was cold ordered onion, olives green pepper extra ham,pepperoni extra. And bacon. What I got was each slice had 1 price of olive, o ion,green pepper. No bacon, 1piece of pepperoni 1 sliver of ham all were supposed extra. I will never buy from you again, worst pizza I've ever had -garbage
