The pizza I got from the Oregon location was very delicious tonight. It was great and the service was exceptional.

I’m an Author who just wrote a recent book. And upon my first trip to J- Cups, although the meat was severely undercooked, and layered like Deli salami, the staff was engaging and we sparked up a conversation about my book. I believe Jazmin was her name. Long story short as an author I need feedback so I’ve asked several individuals to proof read my rough draft and Jazmin agreed to do so as well. I visited the location once again after that and Jazmin even gifted me an extra pizza saying again that she would like to read my book. But today when I visited I forgot to mention it so I called to ask her to call me when she got off work so I could send her the pdf file and she hung up on me. Two minutes later another employee is calling me telling me that Jazmin is 16 and that I shouldn’t call asking for her number. This employee was incredibly rude, and insulting, implying that I had done something inappropriate which was absolutely incorrect because she already had my number and I just asked her to call me like we had previously agreed upon. Yet her colleague publicly slandered me by calling me a pedophile and threatened to post my photo on her do not enter list.. This has been my absolute worse experience and I would not recommend this location.

Its my understanding this location is under new ownership as MOD was telling this to customers as i was picking up order. MOD was calm and collective during what looked to be a fire drill of pizza orders felt bad for her. Pizza was okay part of my order was handed to another take out customer so I had to wait about 30 minutes to get the rest of mt order resulting in a colder settled Pizza and a super hot fresh one. This place needs to work more organized new ownership needs to figure it out. Wont be back for a little while

Oregon location getting worse and worse every time we order. Simple large pizza and bread. Can’t pull it off in 45 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Of course it’s already paid for on the app or I would have just left.

had a birthday pizza. was one of the worst purchases I've ever let someone have for me. I literally could feel how upset they were from the chicken to the pizza itself and it's entire greasyness. sad for how bad this place has become.

I was a J-Cups fan since they became a thing and it was always a favorite. But then ownership changed however long ago and it fell off big to the point we would not order from there. The OGs took it back over and it is back at the top! Back to the OG quality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Okay, so if you have not had this little slice of heaven, you need to. Stuffed crust deep dish gyro pizza was phenomenal, bread stick were cooked to perfection, the PB&J desert pizza was just a overdone which was okay. Only complaint, sharper knives.
