The smoothie's are fine, average for a jamba juice. However, all of the five times I've been to this Jamba Juice, the customer service has been terrible. There are very few customers near the place, yet there is an excruciating long wait to order and receive. The barista making the orders was working very slow, only working on one drink at a time. I ordered and payed for a small, and due to her negligence I received a medium.

I am here right now, and there is nobody behind the counter. There is a sign that says back in 5 minutes but it’s been 15 and I really just wanted a vegan smoothie before I have to go to work

Every single one of our smoothies was made incorrectly today. We waited a long time for them also. There is never bananas in an açai super antioxidant smoothie. Strawberry wild was foamy.

3 stars because the smoothies are good but the customer service definitely needs improvement. I politely asked the girl if she could add a sweetener to my matcha smoothie because it was strong and bitter and she decided to remake it for me, she was polite about it but her coworker (female) made a smart remark at me (Rude!) I was respectful and the comment wasn’t needed. I have every right to get what i paid for. I will continue to go to Jumba just not here, I will not waste my money on rude service again! She told me with attitude “you have to describe what you want” and last time i checked there’s no bitter matcha drink on the menu so they were obviously new.
Horrible customer service. I came to this location on November 4th at around 3 o’clock and when I came I had tried ordering a vanilla blue sky bowl and I had to repeat myself multiple times because the woman working had her AirPod in talking on the phone to her friend while taking my order. After I thought she had finally heard me and I paid I was waiting only to receive the wrong thing as it wasn’t the bowl. When I tried to bring it to her attention that I received the wrong item she told me I needed to be specific and that I never said bowl when I had said it at least twice. She was incredibly rude and then continued to talk on the phone as I walked away frustrated with something I didn’t order because I didn’t want to make it a big deal I just wanted what I ordered

Eh. I just moved down here a few months ago and was excited to have a Jamba close by, but was pretty disappointed. Employees were not friendly whatsoever and they seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Also nothing to do with this location in particular but $6 for a small smoothie us a bit crazy lol.

I work at the mall and I love how it has a nice selection of healthy choices and really great prices! My go to is the mega mango with daily vitamin and zinc. It helps me power through my day. ♥️
