it's 1/6/23 2:30pm, my wife and I just stopped in to get some smoothies here for the first time. The girl working had a negative unfriendly attitude toward us, didn't acknowledge us when we came in, acted like she was annoyed that we came in, and I think she mumbled soy or whey, but with her attitude we didn't feel comfortable having her make our drinks. So we left. We'll go to Tropical Smoothie instead, where they are glad to have customers.

For Jamba to be almost $8 for a large. They should have better customer service and cleanliness. I walked in and the girl didn't say anything. She came over and I told her I wanted an Acai smoothie. She took my cash and was about to start my smoothie, but I had to ask her to wash her hands and put on gloves. It's nasty that they hire these disrespectful kids.
The manager was disrespectful. I clearly received a coupon for my birthday to use within the next 14 days she refused to honor it and she messed up my order. I used to go there often. There used to be different staff who was nice but as of late no. I will not be going to that location for awhile. They are better than Tropical but their service isn’t. I’d go to Tropical any day now!!

I was just there literally ten minutes ago, before I ordered the woman who just picked up her drinks told me “good luck” as she walked out. Lol. I think they are super slow because they have a lot of pickup orders, which is totally fine (I know that bothers people but as someone who’s worked customer service I don’t really care). My smoothie took a hot minute and tastes great (the guy who looked like the manager made it), but when another girl (who was assembling a smoothie bowl) went and got a plastic bowl I watched her grip it over the edge into the inside with her bare hands, unwashed, AirPods in. Which is not great, but at least she didn’t make mine.

No Jamba where I live, so when I found this was basically the only JJ in Ohio (in Toledo, of all places) I had to try while driving through. It's the same deliciousness. Greens 'n Ginger and Mango Madness were both spectacular.
