great place to watch the game. bar tender great. but beer warm had the Chicago Burger it was just a messy Burger. it was good but just fell apart bun got soggy. the burger guy should come by there to help them.

Burgers are really good. There other sandwiches not so....

Came to this location after being turned away (among other rude comments from the staff) on a weekend night after a hockey game (at 10:45 pm) last year at a different location. We seated ourselves and it took someone a few minutes to wait on us. It was kind of loud and hectic but it was a school fundraiser night so we understood the speed of the service. Our server had just started there a few weeks ago so she didn't have alot of knowledge about the food and drinks, but she was more than willing to go find out the answers to our questions. We got our drinks quickly and food soon after. My order was wrong (by no fault of the server it was a kitchen error) and the server quickly put in a new order for me and got it out FAST and fresh! She was attentive and came by frequently to see if we needed anything. We ate our food and put in a to go order as well. Would definitely revisit this location again, we are from Perrysburg and we hated to see that location go. Great food and excellent service!

Food did not disappoint! Was excellent. Delivery was prompt, fast and very courteous. This was my first time ordering online from anyone. I was not disappointed. Penny my delivery driver was extremely polite and courteous. Because of this experience I will order again from Jed’s on Bancroft.

During my recent visit to this place, I encountered several issues that really put a damper on my experience. First off, the music was cranked up to an unbearable volume. My partner, who happens to be a local DJ, and I, being a musician myself, know a thing or two about sound, and we literally had to shout to hear each other. Even the server had trouble hearing our order, which resulted in our food not being prepared accurately. To top it off, despite my serious food allergy, my request for no side of ranch was completely overlooked, probably due to the excessive noise, and I ended up with some on my plate. The DJ seemed more interested in socializing than adjusting the volume, and even when the waitress tried to intervene, the DJ only made a half-hearted attempt to turn it down. As if that wasn't enough, the food was not up to par. I usually love their fried pickles, but my chicken chunks were disappointingly greasy and lacked the usual delicious sauce. All of this made us decide to head elsewhere for drinks afterward. I truly hope they can address these issues with the loud music and food quality so that we can look forward to enjoying our favorite dishes at Jeds in the future.

Went there with a group of 11. Unfortunately because they have been short of help we couldn't sit in their back room for large groups so we had to sit at 2 separate tables. We understand their predicament, but the food and service was fanominal. We've been here several times and definitely will still return.

I recently visited Toledo after moving away years ago. I took the family to a place we don't have back home: Jed's. The quality of many restaurants has taken a dive in recent years. It's been really disappointing watching so many once great restaurants in decline...

BUT NOT JED'S. Jed's is EXACTLY what I remember and just as good as they always have been. I don't know how they keep doing it when so many others have failed.

The burger was perfect. Service was great. I felt strangely nostalgic for 2019.
