This place has great food however they are very selfish. The restaurant closes at 8pm but yet they throw the tea out at 8pm because they are trying to get a jump on closing. My issue with that is they don't care if a customer that's sitting down is drinking tea. If you don't shut the food down at 8pm and you don't cut the soda off at 8pm please stop being selfish and leave the tea as well. This is a restaurant that serves the public so leave the tea like you leave everything else.

I've been visiting this location since they opened and have had nothing but great experiences with friendly staff and quick service until today. I hate to write a negative review here but I had asked to speak to a manager while at the restaurant and was told he was busy, and when I called to speak to the manager I was put on hold for 15 minutes before being hung up on.
I placed an order for pick-up as I have done many times before. When I arrived I was given an incomplete order (1 sandwich, but my order was 2 sandwiches, 2 chips and 2 drinks). I was told they would re-make my sandwiches right away. I sat at their pick-up window for over 10 minutes, watching several other customers come and go. I flagged another employee down for an update and she said they were just starting my order.
I've worked in fast food before so I get that things happen, but it's clear that my order was forgotten twice. My frustration as someone who has spent years in customer service is really that no one apologized for the mistake or inconvenience. The manager didn't have time to speak with me. The employees I did interact with gave me an attitude. This has not been my experience with this location in the past so perhaps it was just a bad day, but I am not inclined to go back after this.

By far best place in the city for a sub sandwich I'm gonna do everyone a favor and give you my recipe for the best sub. Order the Original Italian on white bread add banana peppers with extra mayo Mike's way. And that's it your not gonna get a better sandwich anywhere I promise you.

Don’t order delivery. Ordered through Jersey mikes app. Got a text saying it was delivered. It was not. Messaged the driver and they said they left it at wrong house. I called Jersey mikes they told me I had to call door dash. When I called door dash they said since it is through the Jersey mikes app I have to contact the store for a refund. Door dash called the store for me. They told them they can’t refund it at the movement but I can submit feedback online on the Jersey Mike site. I did that. Turns out it doesn’t even go to the store . This is a very frustrating process. If they are going to offer delivery on their app they need to take responsibility if the food is not received.

I have never tried out Jersey subs and so I went to use my coupon and they didn't have the pastrami for the sandwich that I was interested in purchasing. The staff was great though they looked for it and looked for it and couldn't find it but I will be back to try it another day.

I ordered from the Monore street store today. Order my sandwich without tomato and rosemary cheese bread with pickles extra meat and cheese. I used doorsash What I got was a sandwich loaded with tomato, no pickles, and plain white bread. I am getting a refund from dd but this is the 3rd time they messed my order up. I called the store and the.Mamnager said OK dd will refund it and he hung up. I will never use this store a again.

10/26 at 3:35m absolutely horrific experience. No one came to the window for my pick up, after this dude vaping, clearly saw us pulling up- so I went in and it was just a mess. 4 employees messing around, being obnoxious. No cup lids in front or back or house, (I decided to buy a drink when I went in) he had to go to the back- I said I’m good. Just a super annoying experience, ew.
