Came here today for the very first time. I am not impressed at all. There was no direction as far as being told that our subs that are cooked are prepared in the back and I thought it was at the station in front. I didn't know that station was for cold subs. So when I asked for some cold toppings and dressing to be put on my sub after I apologized for the inconvenience, I opened my sub and just could not eat it because it was swimming and the bread was completely soaked. No response to my apologies or thank you's. Looks of aggravation with me and like I was stupid. This was all by the heavy set girl working the front. I wish I could post a picture of the sub and show everyone. I tried to absorb as much as I could and eat it. It looks like wet paper and thin. It's that soaked with dressing. It's funny though because she was all kind of friendly and talkative to a guy that came in that was handsome. Lol. Otherwise, probably wouldn't give her the time of day outside of being an employee here. Wish I could have received that kind of kindness and friendliness.

Employees were practicing dancing in the dining room instead of working.. when they finally got behind the counter they decided to ask other employees about their dating life and football, cheerleading and dance.. do this on your own time not at work!!

I got a gaint sandwich from there last night. The steak wasn't cooked all the way. Fist of all the place not clean employees had the back door wide open all outside plying some kind of game never washs hands before making the sandwich. second of all they gave me 2 different kind of bread for the same sandwich. I ended up throwing it away. First time in that place never going back again.

Fantastic! Meat and cheese sliced fresh in front of you. Fresh bread, fresh toppings. Have it Mike's way at least once, you won't regret it!
Wish they had more options of toppings to put on the sandwiches....I would rather have spinach over lettuce..
Pastrami either cut too thick or just rlly tough cut of meat. Very unsatisfied
