Called to place an order worker was very rude. Had to end the call. He gave me the vibes as if he would spit in my food. Due to me, not knowing what I wanted and him having to explain the type of sandwiches they had available

Had my sandwhich remade because they forgot cucumbers on my veggie sandwhich, so no i don't want a sandwhich with lettuce tomato, light pickles i asked for and cheese for 16 dollars. Then they had the audacity to remake my giant veggie sandwhich with only 3 small slices of cucumbers after having an attitude about me asking for it to be remade. I have only ever had a veggie sandwhich from jimmy johns all of the years I've been ordering, it's only veggies and it always has more cucumbers because that's one of the main things on it.

Normally they make my food fine.

However last time I placed an online order, I ordered the veggie.
When I got home which is across town I opened to find ham and salami on it.

I'm a vegetarian. So that was a shock as I don't know how you can mess up an online order like that? I mean it has to say the veggie.. so how do you mess that up?

Jimmy John's consistently fails to deliver on my orders. Every single time I visit, my sandwich is wrong, despite my clearly stated dairy allergy. This has led to countless missed lunches and wasted money, as I can't eat the food I paid for. Even when I give them multiple chances to correct the order, it takes several attempts before it's somewhat edible. The last straw was when they ruined a family meal, wasting two hours of our time with no apology or compensation offered. Jimmy John's is the absolute worst; I'd rather eat at the lowest-rated restaurant than risk another disappointing experience here.

I love this place, was so sad the Jimmy on Secor closed. This one welcomed me with open arms, impeccable customer service and beautifully fast service. Shout out to the Jimmy John’s Crew.

Ordered a curbside pick up because I had my newborn in the car with me. I pulled up, checked in and waited well over 20 minutes. During that time, I called the store 4 times— no answer. I ended up having to walk in there to find all the workers standing around and when I told them I was there for a curbside pickup they gave me a dirty look and said sorry about that very nonchalantly. It gets worse, I get home and my sandwich is OBLITERATED. Literally my sandwich was in 3 separate pieces, lettuce everywhere, a total mess. In addition, I selected NO cheese since I am currently breastfeeding my newborn who does not tolerate dairy and can you guess what I found on my sandwich? Cheese. On top of all that, today is my birthday and I just wanted to enjoy my favorite sandwich. I got terrible customer service and a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.Long story short— AVOID this location at all costs as the staff is rude, incompetent of providing good customer service, and preparing a sandwich as ordered. So disappointed and frustrated with how I was treated when they were wrong on every account.

Dietary restrictions: Selected no cheese as I am currently breastfeeding my newborn who can’t tolerate dairy and they ignored it and put cheese on my sandwich anyway. They can’t follow simple instructions. Avoid this location for curbside pickup or delivery.

This is the second time I’ve attempted to order delivery through DoorDash and have gotten a call saying they don’t have a driver. I asked them to just cancel my order and refund me and they said they could do that. Checked my card and I was CHARGED, no refund. Doordash app says my order was “completed”. Very upset by this added inconvenience.

Went in a few weeks ago and just stood there waiting for the girl behind the register to acknowledge me while she texted on her phone. It got to the point where the guy standing to her left waiting to make my sandwich just took my order. It was very awkward and just plain rude. Even after he took my order she still didn't look up from her phone. He was just as annoyed as I was. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I still can't believe she just stood in front of the register texting away.

Sandwich quality has changed over time and it seems like there is less filling and the bread texture has gotten chewier.The woman working was polite, asked a bunch of questions to ensure the quality.Got a giant (16”) and a large drink, it was almost $20 prob won’t eat these subs

I placed an order this past weekend and gave it some time because i was shopping. I showed up to pick up my order and just waited in my car because it wasn't done yet. 45 minutes goes by and i watched multiple people go in and get their order or get curbside delivery....i waited a bit more and nothing so i call and cancel my order. This is insane to wait that long for take out. Its dine in at a fancy restaurant waiting times here. Avoid this place.
