The food was very good and we had very fast service. However, the woman who took our orders was very rude and condescending. My friend had never been to a Jimmy John’s, and wanted to try the picklewhich. The worker was rude and not understanding that my friend did not know how to order said sandwich. She served us while having headphones in. She acted as though us ordering and paying was an inconvenience. We love Jimmy John’s, but we’re disappointed in this workers customer service.

First time going to Jimmy John’s. Had no idea they don’t heat up the sandwiches and didn’t ask when we ordered. Cold bacon? No thank you. When we asked to have them heated we were told no because we didn’t ask when we ordered. We will not be back.

I walked in as all 3 employees were talking to a man about a party. The manager took my order I ordered the only thing I ever order a number 9. As they all continued to talk an employee made my sandwich. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it was missing two out of the three meats. I called to ask if there’s anything they can do for me and they said “no because I ordered a number five” unfortunately they were not paying attention as I was ordering because they were distracted having a conversation about a party. Mistakes happen, but the way they handle correcting the mistake was very rude and unprofessional. They would not refund me or credit me for next time. I will go to the jimmy johns on Monroe from now on never again Talmadge.

I must say, ALWAYS has fast delivery and perfect subs with happy delivery people. But, today I tried the toasted sub #11 and it was the best darn toasted sub I’ve had in years!!! Will be getting it again.

Had my sandwhich remade because they forgot cucumbers on my veggie sandwhich, so no i don't want a sandwhich with lettuce tomato, light pickles i asked for and cheese for 16 dollars. Then they had the audacity to remake my giant veggie sandwhich with only 3 small slices of cucumbers after having an attitude about me asking for it to be remade. I have only ever had a veggie sandwhich from jimmy johns all of the years I've been ordering, it's only veggies and it always has more cucumbers because that's one of the main things on it.

Normally they make my food fine.

However last time I placed an online order, I ordered the veggie.
When I got home which is across town I opened to find ham and salami on it.

I'm a vegetarian. So that was a shock as I don't know how you can mess up an online order like that? I mean it has to say the veggie.. so how do you mess that up?

Jimmy John's consistently fails to deliver on my orders. Every single time I visit, my sandwich is wrong, despite my clearly stated dairy allergy. This has led to countless missed lunches and wasted money, as I can't eat the food I paid for. Even when I give them multiple chances to correct the order, it takes several attempts before it's somewhat edible. The last straw was when they ruined a family meal, wasting two hours of our time with no apology or compensation offered. Jimmy John's is the absolute worst; I'd rather eat at the lowest-rated restaurant than risk another disappointing experience here.
