This place is freaky slow.. we ordered at 11:15 for 11:45 delivery and it got here at 12:30.. I only get a half hour for lunch… this one is a joke… go across the street to jersey mikes

Emily and Kyle were wonderful tonight. They completed a tough order quickly and very friendly. Kyle sang show tunes and after completing the order they cleaned up. Nice group.

Went in to this particular location around 2pm on Saturday to no one else but 3 employees in the store. Placed an order to go for 2 subs and listed add-ons and things not to be on a sub like mayonnaise. Got home to discover the toasted sub that was ordered with NO mayonnaise had mayo on it and is falling apart in effort just to pick it up. Called the store just to get told mistakes happen and while a refund was given, I guess I should've looked up the other reviews because reading comprehension is a hard concept for this store. Go to the Monroe St location instead. So much less frustration.

Went in to get a sandwich around 1:45 and was told it would be around 30 to 45 minutes. I replied seriously and she said yes so I told her I could go to Marco's instead if that is not a joke and she said bye in a very rude and aggressive demeanor. I honestly wasn't even hungry after that so I just went back to work. Freaky terrible Jimmy John's

I placed an online order and arrived 13 minutes later, only to find an employee standing around aimlessly. When I said I was there for a pickup, he casually replied, “Yep, I’ll start making it.” So much for “freaky fast.”

The wrap I ordered was supposed to be meat and cheese only — instead, it came loaded with lettuce, mayo, and tomatoes, all of which I specifically avoid. Completely inedible.

When I called to request a refund, Heather, the manager, told me she couldn’t refund just the wrap — only the entire order, which she said was “out of the question.” After some persistence, I did eventually get the refund, but it shouldn’t have taken that kind of effort.

The staff seemed visibly annoyed to be working or interacting with customers. No urgency, no courtesy, and definitely no accountability. Disappointing experience from start to finish.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while at a fast food chain, Yikes!! How does it take 12 minutes to make 1 sub that isn’t even toasted? I told them I was surprised it wasn’t done yet and they got mad, saying I could help them out?? 5 girls in a kitchen can’t make a sub in 12 minutes is pretty depressing.. then they blame it on the customer for asking why it’s taking more then 5 minutes to make a sub with 5 ingredients on it! My sub only had ham lettuce and mayo when I ordered a Billy club

Loving the new subs at Jimmy Jones! They’ve really stepped it up with fresh flavors and variety. That said, I still have a soft spot for the old-school cold tuna—nothing beats that classic. Great mix of old favorites and new options!

Horrible, Horrible Service! Apparently they don’t have delivery drivers anymore so they use uber eats. I ordered my meal at 8:15pm, didn’t receive it until 9:15pm. So “freaky fast delivery” isn’t a thing anymore? Furthermore, I called the store at 8:49pm to check on my order and the girl working stated that the driver wasn’t there yet. Then I asked if I could cancel the delivery and just pick up the order myself since it was taking way too long. She then proceeded to tell me that actually the driver was just walking in. I said ok fine they can still deliver it even though it’s ridiculously late but could she remake my drink with no ice since I’m sure it was now watered down from sitting for 34 minutes. I didn’t get a notification until 10 minutes later that the driver was just then picking up my order from the store. Which means the girl had the audacity to lie to me. When I finally received my order AN HOUR LATER from ordering, the drink still had ice and was watered down. Not to mention my sandwich was also soggy from waiting a whole hour to be delivered! Sadly I’d like to say this is the only time this has happened but 3 times!! 3 strikes in my book. I’m incredibly disappointed especially since I’m spending my hard earned money with a company that doesn’t even have an option in their app for reviews of orders. I’m assuming your company as a whole just simply doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.
