Horrible, Horrible Service! Apparently they don’t have delivery drivers anymore so they use uber eats. I ordered my meal at 8:15pm, didn’t receive it until 9:15pm. So “freaky fast delivery” isn’t a thing anymore? Furthermore, I called the store at 8:49pm to check on my order and the girl working stated that the driver wasn’t there yet. Then I asked if I could cancel the delivery and just pick up the order myself since it was taking way too long. She then proceeded to tell me that actually the driver was just walking in. I said ok fine they can still deliver it even though it’s ridiculously late but could she remake my drink with no ice since I’m sure it was now watered down from sitting for 34 minutes. I didn’t get a notification until 10 minutes later that the driver was just then picking up my order from the store. Which means the girl had the audacity to lie to me. When I finally received my order AN HOUR LATER from ordering, the drink still had ice and was watered down. Not to mention my sandwich was also soggy from waiting a whole hour to be delivered! Sadly I’d like to say this is the only time this has happened but 3 times!! 3 strikes in my book. I’m incredibly disappointed especially since I’m spending my hard earned money with a company that doesn’t even have an option in their app for reviews of orders. I’m assuming your company as a whole just simply doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

Ordered our food online and we didn’t hear anything for 45 minutes. We call and get told we must come in to pick up our food. We come into get it and no one will speak to us. Employees are either on their phones or have headphones and will completely ignore you. Come to find out they let our food get picked up after telling us that we have to come in. Staff was very snobby and dismissive. Go anywhere else. Stale bread and terrible service.

When someone orders food they expect a driver from the company. Not some random person from uber eats to just deliver your food. You know why, well either the food was never made or another uber driver came in and stole the food. It's as easy as showing a name and your food is handed off. Then all they have to do is cancel the order and they get free food. Sure is amazing how well this works. Long days of working and getting a decent delivery are gone folks. O by the way you cannot reach out to uber eats due to the order being through jimmy johns website.

Either they lied or someone really did steal my order. I can't contact Uber eats because I don't have an account.. They said the Uber guy came in showed my order and then canceled it. While another driver showed up to pick my order up.
