Went through the drive thru order turkey Tom with no tomatos and a cherry coke and a Thai chicken wrap not sure of the girl on the other end but was asking which one we wanted as I said Thai chickenWith no cucumbers or onions then get to the window and get told we heard chicken Caesar wrap so we started making that I said I ordered the Thai chicken wrap as I clearly stated got home to find extra cucumbers and extra onions in my Thai chicken wrap on top of a coke not a cherry coke I understand speakers can malfunction but when you ask me what I ordered face to face there should be no reason to mess up my order

It's shocking how bad the service is here. The amount of times they screw up an online order is astonishing. Learn to read and make things correctly. It's really not hard.

Ordered on Uber eats over a week ago. Was told there were no drivers available to deliver, so my order would be cancelled and refunded. Still hasn’t been refunded, and says “completed” on Uber eats app.

It took them about 5mins to make my sub. Cost 9 bucks and threw it away after a couple of bites. The sub was not good compared to other Jimmy John's. Don't go to this Jimmy John's.

First time visiting. Loved the bread they used to put the subs on, but wished I knew that they didn't put any condiments on the sub or offer any when not asked for any. It was very dry.

Tried calling in a lunch order for delivery a few different times recently, most recent today. Phone is always busy, try several times and never get an answer. Is it that busy or is the phone taken off the hook during lunch?

There isn't a week that goes by that I don't at least stop by there once a week sometimes twice their sandwiches are awesome try the Country Club so delicious
