Just ordered from this place through door dash and instead of calling to let us know that they apparently didn't have what I ordered "in stock" they just half filled the order. We did not know until the dasher got here that it was out of stock. I tried to call this place and I got hung up every time (7 times), they picked up one and just pushed numbers on the phone to make it beep in my ear, answered but didn't say anything but meet our dialtone and then hung up again and then when I called back after that, they just let it ring. ABSOLUTE TRASH! FIRST TIME ordering from that place and VERY LAST TIME! What a joke!

Door dashed an order, and wasn’t served any condiments, food was still good, was gonna order again and called to ask if the condiments came with the food, conversation was rushed and then they hung up on me. Although food is good, I would like cocktail sauce with my shrimp and tartar sauce with my fish. And good customer service goes a long way!

I ordered the catfish with Mac and cheese, greens...the fish I had to recook it wasn't done ...the Mac and cheese was just noodles very little cheese and no seasoning...the greens didn't have any seasoning either..
