Always a great experience! Everything I've tried here is delicious! Hands down the best ramen in the area. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
The ramen is fine. The tonkotsu had a strange taste. Almost like it was burnt, but I think it was something else. I've had a lot of ramen from a lot of different places, and this place just wasn't my favorite. It's a very small place so you need to wait outside until a table is available. The pork bun was the best thing we had. I do want to say, though, that the staff were super nice and were trying to get us in as quickly as they could. If you do eat here, please be courteous to those waiting outside, especially if it's below freezing.

Eat here! You will not regret it. It's sooooooooo good!! i enjoyed the bacon ramen, they were out of pork broth so i opted for chicken broth as a replacement and it was just as killer good. it was exactly what my body needed on a cold day. i will eat at this place for the broth and jammy eggs alone!

One of my favorite restaurants! The spicy miso bowl is the best. You can specify how spicy you want it and they can make it to your taste. Add a soft-boiled egg to your bowl…it’s a game changer. Great vibes, awesome staff. Highly recommend.

Fun place with mad decent ramen. Parking is what dt parking is, but for this it's worth it
Kato Ramen is hands down the best ramen in Toledo! The broth is incredibly fresh with a depth of flavor that’s unmatched. I’m absolutely obsessed with the tonkotsu—it’s rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. Add a ramen egg and a spice bomb, and it’s pure perfection. Honestly, I’d eat it every day if I could!
My only tiny complaint? I wish they were open for dinner so I could enjoy it even more often. If you’re a ramen lover or just looking for an amazing meal, Kato Ramen is a must-visit.
I ate salt ramen! I was impressed by the salty soup with the same strong soup stock as in Japan! The chashu and flavored eggs are also exquisite!

Great lunch spot! Kengo does it again, the choices are great (summer had some cold choices as well as Ramen), you can amp up your bowl with spice as you see fit, service is quick and friendly. It's about time toledo got a great ramen spot!
