I didnt catch the guys name but he had long blonde hair, he showed amazing customer service with us being as late as we were. i was expecting rudeness not because of it being a fast food place but because of us showing up close to closing time. Givem consderation for a raise he deserves it.

Ordered online pickup, couldnt go inside so I had to wait behind people in the drivethru for my order (Its barely past 6pm). Then I get home and Im missing pieces from my combo boxes, a biscuit, an entire side of mac and cheese, and who knows if my som even got an entire 8pc nugget, and my pop was so flat and had a chemical taste. Tried to call and talk to them, nobody even answered the phone. STRAIGHT UP LAZY AT THIS LOCATION!!

Do not order from this location!! Ordered online and didn't get my chicken!! Called and they said they ran out of chicken!! I was told by the manager that I should have called them first before placing my order to see if they had chicken!? Then the manager hung up on me. Terrible service.

As I pulled the front door it was closed. Turns out they are always closed and you'll be served from a 4x2 window. As soon as I saw staffs inside, I freaked out. How can a restaurant allow such dirty employees handling food? They looked more dirty than the a construction workers after 14 hour shift. I ordered $14 worth of food and looking at staffs in kitchen, I took the order but didn't had a heart to eat it. Done with KFC for forever.

So I stopped coming to this location about 6 yrs ago. I ran into the kitchen cook with an extremely dirty uniform/apron on & i asked him was he just getting off of work and he replied that he was just on his way in. I was so disgusted that I never went back. Well today I really wanted some chicken and my go to location was too far. I decided to stop at this location. It was 10:20pm & they close at 11pm. I pull to the drive thru and they tell me that they are open for doordash only. It's a whole 40m before closing and they would not take my order. That is so classles, unprofessional, and ghetto. I literally will NEVER frequent this location ever again!!!! They need to change their store hours online or change their lazy staff.
