This is the worst KFC in Toledo Ohio I have found rubber plastic things in my coast law and then they don't answer their phone, they leave it busy all day long, or they take it off the hook, they don't answer it for 2 days. I was trying to call because they gave me some three piece chicken meal.And one of the pieces of the meat was not even edible, or you can even understand what it even was. It's disgusting and the manager there. Now. With the facial hair and the dark hair and the glasses and the goatee it was rude, didn't even apologize and acted like I was causing an inconvenience for him and then because I wanted crispy chicken, which this place never has crispy chicken, he told me I had to wait 30 minutes but oh, here's some original that's so greasy for you, fresh I give up.I'm never coming back to this location again.This is the worst k f c in toledo ohio

Another disaster from the miracle mile restaurants. This KFC decided my cherry bites would be suffice in a mushy mound of gunk. When I brought them back in, the counter guy asked, “what’s wrong with them”. I replied, “seriously” and a joker in the back thought he’d be cool and mock me saying, “seriously!?!”. I replied by suggesting where the mocking person can put the garbage they serve and asked for my money back.

Was at kfc laskey rd toledo oh I went inside to order because drive thru was packed. I'm the only one inside waited 15 minutes before they took my order, I asked why they are not waiting on me but doing all drive thru orders? Their reply was we are timed on drive thru but not front counter so you have to wait until we are done with drive thru!!!! If it weren't the promise to my sick grandchild wanting chicken tenders I would of made a scene and left!!!! To me that's like answering a phone while you are there in person!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE

I wish i could leave this place zero stars!!! This is literally the only chicken place i have been to where it looks more like they fried the chicken in water instead of grease!! And to top it off this is supposed to be extra crispy!!!! This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!! Go to get fried chicken and received soaked soppy wet chicken!!! Absolutely horrible!!!! Negative 100 stars terrible terrible I will have nightmares about this place!!!!!!!@!

I would leve zero stars if I could. I am a very patient person and stood there for 5 min before anyone came to the front counter. The cashier was very friendly as he walked up being yelled at by people in the back about needing to make more gravy as he was trying to help me and the other customers in line. Took him a min to take my order correctly but I'm patient. When I received my order I noticed my 2 cakes were missing. Cashier was apologetic and as he communicated this with the back associate the associate answered back " oh you mean the 12 piece customers that couldn't make up her mind and added two last minute". We all heard. I answered back with i came in here knowing what I ordered nothing was ordered last min. He replied whatever just take them. The cashier handed them to me with a humiliated look on his face. When I got home I threw the chicken away. Not only was it greasy but you couldn't tell what the prices of chickn were. The batter was almost non existant and what little batter we did have was at the bottom of the container sitting in grease. I have to say I will no longer be returning to get KFC. Worst customer service and food ever.
