I did a pick up order i got the deal for free potato poppers they gave me French fries instead i ordered a 4 piece was only able to eat 3 because the other 1 was not edible…definitely was not packed and double checked for accuracy liars

I had to wait a few extra minutes for my food and the manager gave me extra because of the inconvenience. I was not upset at all with the few extra minutes I had to wait and the chicken was great. A great place to have dinner.

Went through the drive through for the chicken meal. Had to return due to my chicken not being cooked all the way. The drive thru employee was very nice and apologized. He gave me another piece of chicken that was cooked all the way through. Thank you.

Sadly with these you can't just give all zeros cause this was by far the worst ever service I've ever had at a KFC and if I was col sanders I'd shut this one down and fire the entire staff. Came in to order with my friend. There was someone ordering on the kiosk. Placed the order got the drink and sat down to hopefully get the food quick..there was another gentleman who ordered after us..the gentleman who had short dirty blonde hair and a scruffy beard took his order..after the first customer got there food I was curious as to the hold up..well little did I know that one car was hard to keep fresh food down. After standing waiting for my food for a good 5-7 mins the gentleman who came in after me and another lady who came in after me got there food. The scruffy bearded guy gave her her drinks and they were wrong and proceded to give her an attitude cause he made a mistake got flustered then knew he did wrong and walked away after giving her two cups..the other gentleman also recieved his food. At this point my friend is furious and she wanted to speak to the manager. So the scruffy bearded kid walked away and another kid with black hair proceeded to give an attitude to her. And the drive thru girl who had no business saying anything proceeded to want to fight with my friend. She was a African American girl with long dreadlocks working the drive thru made some outlandish back and forth banter for no reason. If this is how you run a KFC you might want to find a new staff. I've been in customer service 25 years as a manager I spoke to my customers with a rude attitude like the two men did I'd be written up and punished. As for the girl she would also be reprimanded for giving a customer a attitude and mabye fired for wanting to fight a customer..definatly not how to do business..don't worry I won't be back and I'm sure people who read this if they come here that's on them..I wouldn't and just because food isn't fresh the staff has no respect or wants to fight the customers...not good

This is the worst KFC in Toledo Ohio I have found rubber plastic things in my coast law and then they don't answer their phone, they leave it busy all day long, or they take it off the hook, they don't answer it for 2 days. I was trying to call because they gave me some three piece chicken meal.And one of the pieces of the meat was not even edible, or you can even understand what it even was. It's disgusting and the manager there. Now. With the facial hair and the dark hair and the glasses and the goatee it was rude, didn't even apologize and acted like I was causing an inconvenience for him and then because I wanted crispy chicken, which this place never has crispy chicken, he told me I had to wait 30 minutes but oh, here's some original that's so greasy for you, fresh I give up.I'm never coming back to this location again.This is the worst k f c in toledo ohio
I Ordered three breast. And they gave me 3 thighs. Tried to call and speak to a manager phone just rings and hangs up. Very unprofessional won't be spending money here ever again
