Called and no one answered. I can’t use my driver window it needs fixed and the inside is supposed to be open yet it was locked. I didn’t get to eat lunch and had to go back to work upset.

They don’t deserve any stars I ordered food an hour before closing. Not only did they refuse to make the chicken, but the other chicken that was made was not at food temperature to be served. The establishment was very unsanitized they had roaches, Bugs, and bad customer service. The young people that were working there were very very rude. They told us that we could not get our money back and also that they could not make the chicken. The times were very long, and not to mention, there was a worker sitting out in the public area with no hairnet on with his feet up on the table and he was on his phone not serving any customers. I do not recommend going to this place. It is very unsanitary and the service was in HORRIBLE.

No matter which KFC I go to, they always mess my order up. We ordered online, and they said they don’t have anymore chicken nor is the worker going to drop more chicken, with lines of people behind me which makes no sense. If we order online, we should get what we order, now we have to eat nothing but chicken tenders which isn’t the bucket of chicken we ordered. I have given KFC plenty of chances to fix the issues they have, and they haven’t. I won’t be coming back to any KFC ever again. You are business and I have seen several cars drive away which is money lost for you because you closed your chicken early. You are open to 11 so you need to provide the service which we paid for! And we waited for 30 minutes for our order, and the food was super cold.

This place sucks they won't correct your order when they make an mistake when they don't get your order right they over charge you for something you didn't order in the first place, costumer service sucks I will never go to this place again

I ordered a chicken breast and four wings through DoorDash. They were all the tiniest pieces of chicken that I’ve ever seen in my life. I put a nickel next to the breast before I took a picture so you could see how ridiculous it is.

I went to drive through with my family and everything went well when ordering the food I got to the window I was watching him do the food who I also believe was the manager and he was coughing in his hand and then reaching over and then fill is filling food order reaches his hand in his pocket and starts scratching his self. He never once washed his hands he didn't turn his head when he coughed I said to the lady when she open the window I said cancel my order she said why I said because he scratched his self and he coughed in his hand he had no gloves on and he didn't wash his hands she literally started yelling he did not he never touched yourself or cough while I just sat there and watched the whole thing and she shut the window really hard in my face she went on Total Defense and she was rude and she was loud matter of fact would not even let me even finish talking needless to say I never paid for and I left. I only gave this one star because I had to give a star in order to make this review or it would not have got any stars, we've had bad experience here before but I try not to judge one visit but it's been multiple visits of the food soggy or it's burnt I've got legs that was broken off hanging by the crust are biscuits hard as a rock are mac and cheese dry and old so yeah for these prices I gave them Bunch chances now I'm leaving reviews and I've had enough I won't do it no more this is Laskey Road KFC across from Miracle Mile

Went thru drive thru tried to order my food employee yelled at me said i was ordering wrong i told them what sides i wanted with my meals twice and they still got it wrong worst experience
I went to KFC for lunch… lunch was terrible the chicken was old dried out and the mashed potatoes tasted like they used carbonated water to mix them and barely any gravy on them : ( !

If you're advertised that you're open till 11:00 and a person gets in their car and drives over there at 10:15 and you say you're only doing doordash, that's unacceptable.
