Really trashy store. It seemed dirty, the workers couldn’t communicate very well, it smelled like weed, none of them had gloves or hair nets on while handling food. They also seemed confused about their incoming orders, they weren’t trying to get you your food fast, they were trying to get you to go to the McDonald’s parking lot next door to park and wait for them to bring it to you so that you would “get off [their] timer”. Can’t even make that up. For a store that isn’t in a ghetto city, but is in a suburb, you would think KFC would want to employ more quality humans. 30 year olds making chicken and acting like illiterate kids isn’t the he move. Save yourself the trouble and go to McDonald’s, Wendy’s or Burger King that are also right there. Sure, you might be getting more processed shitty food, but at least the workers are competent, not rude, and you don’t have to worry about how sanitary your food is.

Well after leaving laskey Rd location because I was told there would be a 27min wait for crispy chicken I get to Secor Rd location and they tale me they ran out of chicken 🐔 Now how the hell the chicken restaurant run out of chicken we talking Hugh franchise KFC not a small hole in the wall chicken spot terrible folk just didn't want to prepare it I guess and we talking 8:30 9:00 your still open another two hours just doesn't make sense to me.
Did not get all my order and chicken tenders was not cooked all the way

The place is spotless, but it's a bit tricky to find. You can see it from the street, but there are so many signs that you really need to know where to turn left into the KFC. My only complaint was that the chicken wings were quite small, and some looked like they had been hit with a baseball bat, resulting in broken wings. While this doesn’t affect the breading, it’s a bit unsettling to see so many damaged pieces in your meal. As for the potatoes, I noticed I didn’t get mashed potatoes with gravy as I thought I ordered—just plain potatoes. The coleslaw was fine, as expected from KFC; it’s always good. Overall, it was worth it, but next time, I think I’ll opt for a breast or another piece of chicken instead of the wings.

Ordered delivery. Opened the chicken and the drumsticks were ridiculous . Just a touch of breading and meat at the top but nothing on the middle of the bone. SMH.Whatever. I ate them. Then I open my gravy and it's got black stuff in it. So I have never had to stir my gray from there but it seemed to blend in. Then I tasted it. 🤮 I don't know what that black stuff was but it is beyond disgusting. I'm so mad. All I orse2waa legs and potatoes and both were not worth a dime.

They make such a greasy chicken. I had bought a 8 pc chicken bucket. The chicken lacked flavor and was like eating rubber. It is the 7th time actually and I am not going to order from them again. But all of the KFC in Toledo have worse reviews. I had one from Kentucky last month. It was the best chicken I had ever tried and was so crunchy and flavorful.

Hated this visit. The flyer in the window says Original Recipe but it is deceiving because the tenders look crispy, instead they come out soggy and hard to eat. It looks like I'm done with kfc. The oy thing I would recommend is the corn
