Went thru drive thru today 12/20/2023. Got the fill up box. Believe me it look nothing like the picture. Nuggets were so small. Box was filled with fries & 12 tiny Nuggets. VERY DISAPPOINTING WONT B GOING BACK

This location was unsanitary. The counter had a whole workers uniform sitting on it near where you pick up your food. The dining area had a couple stacked ceiling tiles on a table with a dirty kfc hat on top. The chicken was old and cold, and the biscuits were disgusting and cold. I wondered if the plaster from the ceiling tile fell in the mix before baking. This place and plenty of others in toledo should be shut down just gross. I have yet to find a restaurant out here that is clean with fresh food?.
In a bucket truck 10'2" tall.Dining room not open. Too high for drive thru. Got Mgr attention by pecking on door. Shown with my hands I'm too tall for drive thru. Mgr shrugged his shoulders thru his hands in air and turned around. Hope this store goes under. Work 12hr and can't get a 3 piece.If I could rate lower I would.

Drive thru lady was unprofessional had sunglasses on. My order was wrong asked for corn didnt realize til i got home it was cole slaw, and barely contain enough of the family sized sides to make 2 portions (was an 8 piece meal). Asked for honey for biscuits she gave me too giant hand fulls of honey and hotsauce which i didn't ask for. So much that a few packets slipped thru my fingers onto ground. TRASH

Every time I go here at 1030 when it "opens" they always say "oh we arnt open until 11 because (insert excuse here)". If you can't open until 11 that's fine but change your hours so people arnt coming for their lunch break only to find out you arnt open.

Very bad service today I was there I ordered two orders, half one the older lady with an attitude because I asked for two orders she charged me for one I complained and without seeing anyone throws the window in my face and asks me to turn around again I get to house and the order was not what I ordered bad service rude people like that should not work adult person with lens
Good stuff. Prices went up, though. The Tuesday Specials helps. Very bored workers.
