I just ran through KFC and I cannot tell you how disappointed and disgusted I am! The costumer service was awful. I ordered the three chicken strip meal with Mac and cheese and mash potatoes with a root beer float.
When getting the food I noticed that I had a pop not a root beer float- when I asked the lady her response was we don’t have root beer floats- she never told me that when I ordered- what if I didn’t want root beer pop, what If I wanted something different?...read full review
