Did an online order with the app, KFC took my money, and gave my food to someone other than the person picking it up. They never answered the phone, or responded on the app. Im trying for a refund from my bank. Never again.

Who doesn’t enjoy spending their entire lunch break waiting on their food to be cooked. And then when you get back to work late with your food, it’s overcooked and on the third bite is a long hair. Absolutely wonderful.

The worst kFC in the city! The hostess clearly hates her job/ however they gave me what they wanted me to have not my order and then refused to refund me. To not waste my 26$ I took the food but I did film them refusing me my refund. That cook was very disappointed when I walked in he said oh what’s wrong! I told him he should not talk to customers that way. I want my refund I didn’t see no signs for no refunds I felt like my money was wasted the chicken was old and the vibe of the store I didn’t want the food. Avoid this KFC I disputed the transaction and I probably will still post the video

Says it’s open at 10 go up to the drive-through at 1020 and a recording ask if was using my . I said no and order my food no one answered so I went to the window and sat there no one ever came . I know it’s hard to count on employees to work anymore. But you could’ve put a notice online that you wasn’t open
