Arrived order not quite ready. They gave me a fresh off the oven while I waited. On top of that they gave me 3 fresh off the oven donuts. So impressed I tried to give them a 10 dollar tip. They refused it. I said do want with it. They said not allowed to take tips. Left it and said we'll give it to a charity. I would not take it back. So much great service.

How about you guys hire some leadership for this place?? It should not take 30 minutes through the drive thru line when I'm the only person in line. I can clearly see the workers just standing around talking and not doing anything, let alone taking orders.
Long wait time at drive thru. Donuts were hard and not fresh. I asked for napkins and she replied that we don’t have any. I will bypass this location from now on. Drive thru customer service was horrible!!

Never got the seasonal doughnuts. Employees aren’t very helpful not knowing any info about the store they work at.

When it opened it was great. Now the service is beyond terrible. Every time I’ve tried to go there over the past year there are always many employees but either no one will talk to you on the drive thru unless you talk first, or when they do they sound annoyed, or when you get to the window they’ll ignore you and just talk to each other. Last night i watched the clock and was six minutes without acknowledgment, all I wanted was a dozen original. I assume they’re getting grocery store orders ready and just don’t care about customers or their jobs at all. It’s the only Krispy Kreme in the city and I love their fresh donuts so it’s a shame it’s not worth going there.

This Krispy Kreme location has potential; however, the management doesn't seem to understand the need to train their employees. This location never has the variety of donuts that they advertise. Not only is the drive-thru slow, but the front counter is even slower. I don’t understand why it would take approximately eight minutes to get a small coffee after ordering at the counter, along with no one acknowledging that it would take longer than usual. Unfortunately, that has become the norm at this location, along with coffee that is so strong, even with cream and sugar, the burned flavor along with the acidity could burn a hole in their patio. You are better off going to Speedway to get KK than dealing with this chaotic situation.

Very sad because the first month that they opened, everything was great but now I won’t step foot here because quality has become horrible and service has become horrible. The people that work here just don’t care to work and have a very bad attitude.

Not good for my first time going there ordered halloween douhnuts on line got there they had no more left at 8 15 in the moring will not be going back there anytime soon
Yesterday we stopped by Krispy Kreme because it was my daughter’s birthday 🎉🍩 She wanted her 3 free donuts (of course 😋).
We usually just go through the drive-thru, but this time we went inside—and oh my gosh, the smell of fresh baked donuts was heaven! 😍
They even gave us some hot off the line to try, and yes… we definitely brought a box home too. 🍩❤️

Placed online order two hours prior and paid for it with my debit card ..wanted a dozen Halloween donuts and dozen glazed drive from Hudson michigan was told they were out of Halloween ones offered 2 dozen glazed instead .ordered ahead and paid for . Then want to give us cheaper ones for same price. I told my son do the math ..I told her it wasn't right and give him 5 more to make up difference she did but wasn't happy handed to us and closed the windows grrr.
If something is paid for ahead it should be there.

We pre-ordered 2 dozen donuts last night for pickup at 9:30 this morning. The order wasn't even ready when we got there and they were sold out of the ones we pre-ordered. We pre-ordered so that we would get the donuts we wanted, we even paid an upcharge for certain ones. They then replaced them with the mini donuts!! They hand me a box of donuts and start to walk away, even though we ordered 2 boxes.. I understand it gets busy(there were only 2 other cars there at the time) and I really do hate complaining but it's really not that hard to read an order and get it right. I wasn't even offered a refund for the upcharges I paid for donuts I never received. I will not return. I'll go to Dunkin instead.

Every time there’s a promotion or deal, the donuts needed for the order are never available. This is the third time we’ve driven across town only to find the order can’t be completed. It’s frustrating—especially at 8 a.m., which should be prime donut time.
