The service was awful. If you don't like your job maybe you should find another. The girl never even spoke to me, I had to ask her if she was waiting on me. No thank you or anything. Good thing she doesn't live off tips. I will be sure to take me business elsewhere.

Placed an online order, received confirmation that the order was completed, drove 15 minutes to pick it up the order just to find out that the shop wasn’t even open nor was the drive-through. The building was completely dark inside. Tried calling the number associated with the order online and it says that it has been disconnected. Very frustrating and an inconvenience. I strongly suggest not ordering here for this is not the first time this has happened to us. Going through all the channels to get reimbursed is a joke as well.

Went on a Saturday around 2 PM. The front door had a sign that said use the side door on the side door was locked. It seems that only the drive-through was open. Even though, according to this, the inside portion should’ve been opened they were not .

So I tried to order $35 worth of donuts on DoorDash because I’m in the process of moving and I have nothing here to eat so I order. I’m at the door like the driver Is there waiting to pick up my food then I look at my phone. It says order is canceled because they have a missing item so I had to call Krispy Kreme. They don’t answer it’s song 900 number so I had to call DoorDash just to find out that they did not have caramel latte so I try to just take the caramel latte off. Just get the donuts because we were still hungry over here and I couldn’t even do that because they already canceled my order. They’re just not professional they could’ve tried to communicate to see what they could do to still keep my order. Especially since the driver was already there, the driver I And I could text We could’ve just took the latte off and I kept the donuts so now I have a $35 credit on DoorDash.

Did an online order for 2 strawberry a cinnamon roll donut which costs EXTRA, 2 chocolate custard and cake batter donuts. We get there and the worker states they don’t have cinnamon roll or cake batter donuts. Fine . I’ll take an extra strawberry and an extra custard . She gives me 3 cream filled donuts . I notice it’s not custard. And we go back in to find out they apparently don’t have those either . So my take is all this place has is regular glazed donuts . That’s it . Nothing online that’s available to order they don’t have . Plus still was charged extra for a donut they apparently didn’t have or just didn’t want to make . Will not return .

I get being busy, but by the time we pulled up there was only one car, our order wasn't taken, we were ignored for about 5 minutes, by the time we get to the window after being told to come around, we were ignored again. Worst customer service, unprofessional, lack of everything in between. I do not recommend coming to this location.

Ordered 2 dozen donuts online and paid for them online. When I got there to pick them up the lobby was closed so went to drive thru, was told they don't have the donuts I paid for and the manager said she was not giving me a refund, she said I had to come back tomorrow to get my refund, she was very confrontational and looked at me like she hated me. I can promise you I will never be back to any krispy kreme ever again. This location will not be open much longer, hopefully.
KK always had the best donuts but it seems lately they're cutting corners to save a dime. The last two times I went there my chocolate iced kreme filled had hardly any kreme in them. I mean like there was just a little at the end of the donut?!? Is this happening at all locations? Don't know if I'm ever going back. If I'm going to buy a kreme filled donut, I want it to be filled with kreme... is this asking too much? I felt compelled to contact corporate but decided to do this instead. Hopefully somebody out there has some answers.

Very poor service since this location opened. They’re never open in the morning at 6am & they definitely won’t greet you to let you know that they’re “closed”. I’ve had 2 terrible experiences this week. Couldn’t get donuts at all. If they keep hiring these ghetto employees, things will get bad.
