Placed our order for pickup the day before and it was not ready on time. They also said that their lobby was closed because they were short staffed but had 6 people working inside… This has happened multiple times, the lobby is never open. Not impressed with this location at all.

Absolutely horrible location. Rude and incompetent staff. Insane wait times. The lobby is never open. Even if you order online and schedule a pick up, you can't go inside to get it, you have to wait in their insanely long queue. If you decide to wait in it, you will most certainly be late to work. Corporate needs to clean house here and start over. Avoid this location.

The girl at the drive thur was not very friendly, just trying to hurry and get rid of us. You only carry a certain # of different doughnuts and they were out of most. Ended up with just 2 different flavors. Girl didn't apologize for inconvenience or anything. I understand things happened but you can apologize or give recommendations.. something. Not just rush us out of the way. It was truly sad. We will never shop here again 😒

Donuts were cold/hard like they have been sitting out all night. Which is weird because we went through the drive thru around 10am. Also they were out of mostly everything which again is weird because it was around 10am ! Only had hot coffee; we asked and paid for medium but they gave us a small and when we said something she said it was a medium but when we looked up the sizes of your coffee it was a small. I know the prices aren’t up to the staff but when you pay so much for so little you expect hot/warm donuts especially when you’re getting them from the source and not Kroger and also better customer service!

The donuts are actually really good but you'll never get your hands on them. Don't bother ordering any seasonal products even first thing in the morning they will always be sold out. Oh and the website won't tell you anything. You will be allowed to order sold out products. Save yourself the money you'd waste on gas. just go get donuts at the grocery store.

They dont answer the drive thru. We went through the drive thru and they worker inside stared as we waited for someone to take our order. We tried for 20 minutes ended up leaving without donuts 😭

Ordered online because this location is notorious for having very long wait times and lobby not open, of course the lobby was closed , i had to wait in the line for 30+ min, only to get to the window to get my order and to be told “ our blender isn’t working “ seems this is always an issue , and also half the donuts i ordered they didn’t have ! The girl at the window was annoyed and rude , as a business owner i’m not sure how this location is able to keep its doors open ? Save yourself the trouble and go to dunkin or tim hortons , these donuts aren’t even fresh !

Been waiting in drive thru 15 minutes...no cars have moved. Called store inside to see if they were opened or out of donuts. Was told they are very short staffed. Don't run a special and not have help to work. Maybe pay a better wage so people will apply. Worst thing public wants to here...we are short staffed...not my problem! Sign even says lobby is closed. Maybe new manager is needed. Not sure if will come back..

They haven't cleaned their bathrooms in months, and there is there is no paper towels, the sinks, the toilets, the diaper changing table and the floor are disgusting. All the doors and glass for going in and out are gross and smeared with grease and stickiness, and the floors are nasty.The floors throughout is wet, dirty and covered with trash. I feel like I need a shower after being in there. They're always closed because they don't have enough staff to open the inside.You can only go through the drive through. They don't clean it before they open it up. And let the customers in, nasty

First time ever going here, we park in the handicap spaces out front. We walk to the door where the sign says use side door. We walk more to almost the rear of the building to find the door with yet another sign that says drive through only. Now....you tell me why I'm upset......then I pull into the drive through and they don't have 90% of the donuts on the menu. But the gal starts listing all they do have that's not listed so fast you can't keep up. Then I pay with cash and got no change. Had to wait for the manager to open register. Then had to wait another 5min for my coffee.

If you're trying to order the Harry Potter donuts, go inside, they will straight up lie to you in the drive thru and say they are out! Staff were unbelievable disrespectful, even walking away instead of assisting customers. I had to order online because they claimed they were out of donuts when they had a full display case. Insane behavior over a few premade donuts.
