Yesterday, I stopped there with my granddaughter for the third time in the last 6 months. The last two times I did not leave a review. This time, I just have to. First, there was one car in front of me. They waited a good 5 minutes to place their order. I finally get up to order and I’m asked to wait “a moment”. Almost 5 minutes later, I try to order. I’m told they have no dots which my granddaughter wanted and no chocolate donuts. Last time they did not have any of the specialty donuts listed and my coffee tasted terrible. This time the server was polite, but last time they were rude. Obviously understaffed at this location. Will not go again. So disappointing

This is the second time we have tried going here. My boyfriend called and said we will be there at and9:45 pm and had paid for the donuts whe got there at 9:47pm and they said we don’t have donuts, and we are closed. They closed at 10:00pm. WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE DONUTS. Tonight we tried again and called again and they told us they had the donuts and when we got there before closing they said “we are closed” it was 9:50pm this is disappointing we will NOT be back

We went Sunday at 10am and they didn't have a lot of donuts! All they was saying was they was out and the cashier was rude in drive thru. They had a 6.99 deal and its like they get mad because you come and buy them and keep them employed! How do you not have donuts at a donut restaurant? Its like you going to restaurant and they don't have what they suppose to!? They should always be making DONUTS! smh

Usually I like Krispy Kreme a lot but the variety of donuts was not up to par and the bathroom was very dirty but usually it's a enjoyable experience and they weren't serving hot donuts or the machine wasn't running I think that's half the fun of going inside

Wow! went inside to get donuts and the employees just looked at me like why did I come in the store. No one offered to take my order. So I got in my car to order from drive thru and sat for 10 mins while 1 car in front of me didn’t get to order. I left. Worst customer service ever!

We ordered a dozen donuts online and the website claimed the order would be ready at 10am. When we got there at 10:10am we had to wait 20 minutes before they informed us that they somehow didn’t have any of the donuts we ordered. They offered us a dozen plain glazed donuts to replace them even though the order we placed was more expensive. They took forever getting us a refund instead. What a waste of gas driving from Monroe to Toledo only to leave empty handed. How does a donut shop run out of donuts?

While the donuts were as expected, the service was less than desirable. While this location does have an area for seating, the staff acted as if it was strange we chose to dine-in. We were a group 5 adults and 2 toddlers. At one point, one of the staff just stood near us and stared at us questioning why we chose to sit and eat. After confronting this person asking if we weren't allowed to dine-in, they only mumbled incoherently and continued to just stand there. We chose to ignore this individual and continue eating our food.

I don’t understand all the complaints because I always get fast and friendly service here. I just stopped in this morning and from the time I got to the speaker to the time I pulled out of the parking lot was maybe a minute? I think some of the customers in these other reviews just need to learn some patience.

Most of the times that I've been there, they are out of glazed donuts. The last time I wanted a cinnamon donut and they didn't have any. Unbelievable! It's a busy area and they are unprepared.
