Ordered 2 dozen donuts online and paid for them online. When I got there to pick them up the lobby was closed so went to drive thru, was told they don't have the donuts I paid for and the manager said she was not giving me a refund, she said I had to come back tomorrow to get my refund, she was very confrontational and looked at me like she hated me. I can promise you I will never be back to any krispy kreme ever again. This location will not be open much longer, hopefully.

KK always had the best donuts but it seems lately they're cutting corners to save a dime. The last two times I went there my chocolate iced kreme filled had hardly any kreme in them. I mean like there was just a little at the end of the donut?!? Is this happening at all locations? Don't know if I'm ever going back. If I'm going to buy a kreme filled donut, I want it to be filled with kreme... is this asking too much? I felt compelled to contact corporate but decided to do this instead. Hopefully somebody out there has some answers.

Very poor service since this location opened. They’re never open in the morning at 6am & they definitely won’t greet you to let you know that they’re “closed”. I’ve had 2 terrible experiences this week. Couldn’t get donuts at all. If they keep hiring these ghetto employees, things will get bad.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE!! Worse Employees ever!!! Literally asked for coffee and donuts and they said they didn’t have any? The sign was on outside for fresh Krispy Kreme and the lady said the sign is broken and that’s not true. Seriously they need to be fired. This location isn’t going to last with such horrible employees!!

My girlfriend and I made a special Drive to get some Krispy Kreme donuts on October 29th, 2024. We wanted to get them fresh so we checked the website first and made sure we saw the warm light was on. We drove about 25 minutes, and as we pulled into the parking lot, the warm sign was definitely on.
It was 5:30 p.m. and the lobby was closed.
We heard the rudeness coming through the drive-thru speaker telling another customer that the warm light was broke and there were no fresh donuts. We then heard the rude person in the speaker say they were out of the most basic of donuts.
Something ain't right with this store. The fact that they have delivery vehicles means that this is a place where grocery store Donuts are made and packaged.
When a place doesn't have their Lobby open at 5:30 p.m., to me, it's a sign that there is something filthy inside.
I've never heard of a neon sign being broken in the on position.
Just something thoroughly dishonest, rude, creepy, and just ghetto about this place. We won't be back. We also won't be buying any Krispy Kremes at the grocery store.

Do not go to this location right now. We drove 20 minutes to get here to find the lobby was closed. That was fine. We get in the car to go through the drive thru to find out they don’t have coffee. Strike 2. We order our half dozen donuts, pull over in the parking lot, just to find out they are cold - when the hot and fresh sign was on. We get back in the drive thru to be told they don’t have any fresh donuts and the sign is broken. How is a sign that’s on broken? It can’t be unplugged? Not to mention the lack of customer service or friendliness. We will never go back to this location.
