I ordered a "crown and sceptor"custom cake and ended up getting a Disney Princess cake that wasn't very pretty. I showed it to a manager in the parking lot and they said you need to come back inside, find your receipt, etc. I had the kids packed up in car seats already, ice cream melting, flowers baskets, full full care, $390 worth of groceries, and no time.
I spent 42$ to correct it and re-ice my 3 year-old daughter's birthday cake (that she didn't pick out).

I have shopped at your store for 22 + years. I knew Milton at the now defunct Southwyck store as far back as the early 90s. When my mother was employed there. I have a very good rapport with Linzy and Melody and other customer service reps. Unfortunately , I cannot say that about Milton. Milton , is condescending and inquisitive. It has become a pattern with him. Today , I returned to the store to use the bathroom and was ( literally) asked as to "Why I was returning ?" I had come into the store to buy one item just a few minutes ago. Now , I have worked at the Andersons and Meijers. Their theft and loss prevention approaches are quite different , and I would favor Andersons. Milton's Q & A in my opinion crossed a line and was more than a tad irritating and out of the social norms of an employee. I hope that this post is read and taken seriously. I wish not to renew this topic face to face with management. Let it be known that if that is deemed necessary , I will do so in a civil , polite manner.

Kroger should sell their liquor license because their bourbon and whiskey selection must be ran by a Gobot and not a person - it is terrible. Go to Churchill's or one of the small independents.
