Ordered an old world fanceroni online. Got home with the pizza and it had maybe 20 pepperonis on it. Brought it back and asked for refund. They said there nothing was wrong with it and wouldn’t even remake it. They said “we only use two scoops and then they shrink in the oven.” I’ve gotten this pizza multiple times and that’s just simply not true. Either they’re being lazy or a manager is telling them to use less and less pepperoni. Either way, I paid $11 for a normal pepperoni pizza… not cool. Couldn’t get a refund or a remake. Would not recommend.

I am not one to leave reviews usually good or bad, but my experience with this place has just left a really bad taste in my mouth. The pizza was drenched in grease, like it even soaked all the way through the box and onto my car seat, I didn't notice till I got home. The establishment itself was uncomfortable so the last thing on my mind was to check the pizza.
But my experience in the place at the counter was even more disturbing. I had my two young kids with me and when I was up at the counter a young cashier was on the business phone taking an order and the manager walks up to him and starts being very unprofessional and badgering him on a mistake that he made,( he accidentally sold someone's pizza that he shouldn't have) and then the manager announced out loud to the rest of the crew that the cashier messed up so they have to make that order again then all the other employees started talking trash to the cashier. And me and my kids just watched all this like we were watching a movie. Very unprofessional on that manager.

When you try to place an order they pick up the phone and then hang up in your face. The franchise owner should really pay closer attention to the antics of his managers and emoyees. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Good pizza but my issue is they always disconnect their phone. Like I’m trying to order my food so it’ll be ready or close to it when I get there.. NOT me having to get there wait 10min to even be acknowledged then wait another 15 for my food to be ready! That’s irritating

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas from this place along with an 8 piece bread stick. they charged me $3 for 3 extremely poorly made breadsticks. Not to mention, the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, AT ALL. The shredded cheese wasn’t melted AT ALL. The middle of the pizza is still cold in the center along with it being doughy asf. I suggest the manager should be taught how to actually make the pizzas and breadsticks how they should in the requirements for cooking this food. Someone should be fired. Not to mention, one of the managers there who was a women, was being extremely rude to one of the customers who’s order was also messed up, and still continued to mess it up 2 other times, then decided to talk like an obnoxious person in one of her personal phone calls. Do better staff of little Caesars. Specifically Lewis Avenue.

Ordered a 3 meat treat kickoff combo and the cheese and pepperoni crazy puffs. Didn't get the combo in the end apparently only got the pizza and the pop. And got only the 3 cheese and herb puffs. Order takers shouldn't have head phones on and u repeat urself 3 times and still not get what u ordered and then wait 30 minutes almost in a cold cold building and then it closing time so it a little late to sit there and get it corrected

I ordered a 3 meat Deep Dish pizza, Hot and Ready, and a free crazy bread. When I received the receipt, it only said Hot and Ready and crazy bread. I know what I asked for and ordered. I also know I was ignored. I never seen anyone wait 20 minutes for a hot and ready, after ignoring the previous deep dish request...

The orders are constantly wrong, things are forgotten or made 100% wrong. My last order was a half and half, instead I got a two topping pizza and didn't even get the sauce for my crazy bread. Would have been better it it actually turned into the goat rental store.
