They got rid of the chairs for customers because their underpaid workers dared to sit when it wasn't busy. So it's a big "screw you" to anyone with injuries who might not be able to comfortably stand while waiting for their food.

Terrible. I asked the guy how long ago it came out, making sure it wasn't 4 hours old like my last pizza. I guess I should have asked if it was cooked cause this is the doughiest and most undercooked pizza I've ever gotten from anywhere. I understand it's the cheapest pizza option... But it doesn't cost you anything extra to leave it in the oven for another minute. Whoever took this out of the oven and cut it and sold it should quit and become homeless because you got nothing going for you in life. Obviously do not care AT ALL. Anybody with eyeballs can tell this pizza is undercooked.
Don't worry I won't ever be coming back. Ever. I bet the employees would be happy to hear that even though it's their minimum wage job. I guess they'll just get another. Good for ya'll!
My pizza was in the portal. Wasn't sure at first if it was mine. 10 minutes after it said it was ready . was finally at to get someone's attention. It was my pizza. No name on the portal and would not take my code. no apology or even a thank you or have a nice night

Told when I order 2 hot and ready and bread stixs it was a 20 min wait because short staff. People came in and order after me and got there's before I did and finally I received mine after a hour wait. I did not receive full size breadsticks and the pizza they just threw pepperoni on the top and baked it terrible service.

It had been a while since I last tried this location, just because it was typically pretty horrible in the past, but today it was good!
I don't eat pork, so it's nice that there are at least a few items on the menu that don't contain pork, but that's a corporate issue, not the store's. I still had to basically order everything vegetarian style, just because every meat topping, except the beef, contains pork. My pizza and puffs were ready in the pickup timeframe, and the staff was friendly.
Other than that, it's nothing fancy, but you get what you pay for, and this time it was a better deal for having fresh and hot food. Thank you! Hopefully it will consistently stay this good.

I am so disappointed with my service today. The pizza came cold. The driver did not put my order in one of those bags to keep it warm. I didn't recieve my garlic sauce or my drink. When I called up to the store they said they couldn't refund those items in the order since I received the other items but that I could come on a different day to receive those items instead. Which is so frustrating because I don't need nor want those items on a different day I wanted them today. I tipped 7 dollars to that driver, Abbi, just to end my night absolutely upset with my service. That is not okay.

The whole point of little caesars is ht and READY pizza. I have never been able to come in here and not have to wait at least 15 mins.
Picked up a pizza, my son said as he was chewing there was something hard in the pizza. It was literally glass. I called to talk to the manager but was left on hold purposely forever . I hung up and called back, no answer.
First of all i waited 18 minutes waiting nobody answered I didn't even get to taste the food so I can't rate this is bad service you guys take for every to answer the phone

I attempted to contact the establishment but received no response. Subsequently, I endeavored to place an order online, however, I was unable to locate the 5.55 special. Consequently, I made another attempt to contact the establishment via telephone and after an extended period, my call was finally answered by an individual who appeared to be in a state of drowsiness.
ANSWER THE PHONE ???!!!! Terrible service. Can’t place an order over the phone so you have to drive to the place to wait anyways.

Horrible service! They picked up the phone and hung it up after me waiting a good 20 minutes to place an order. Absolutely rude was just trying to feed my kids a quick lunch. Get better workers that take their job more serious

Horrible service sat and waited 30 whole minutes on two different phones waiting for one to answer and nobody ever did! Don’t waste your time or money here go to a different location.
