Ordered pizzas and breadstick and both of them is way undercooked and hung up on me three times when I called to complain. Wasted $30. Don't order anything from here. TERRIBLE PLACE!!

Grabbed a pizza on the way home. It wouldn't like me order online so I went in and waited for them to make one. There was one person working who barely said a word to us. And when we got home the pizza was not cooked all the way. I had to put it in the oven for another 15 minutes before I let my daughter eat any of it. This is the second time we've have pizza that wasn't fully cooked from Little Caesars from 2 different locations.
My pizzas were not fully cooked and when I went to call the a.i operator wouldn't connect my call. I cannot even get hold of a human. This is the worst location. I'd go to the Sylvania and Douglas location.

Hot fresh and delicious Lil Caesar pretzel crust
Can't open on time. 35 mins after 11 doors still locked. Fire the lazies and hire people that can actually do their job properly
Took me almost two hours to get my order after I ordered online
While setting up my wedding reception hall on the evening of 9/12/25 I called & ordered 8 pizzas for my helpers & wedding party. When ordering I was told 35-40 min. My dad went to pick the pizzas up 40 min later and he was told they were down to 1 oven and it would be awhile. Well 2 whole hours later my dad came back with pizzas but by then most of my helpers & party had left. That doesn’t matter since half the order was burnt and probably wouldn’t have been eaten regardless. I just don’t understand why I wouldn’t have been notified of this when I called in or was called back when it happened, I could’ve ordered and gotten better experience else where! I never called into the store to complain because my dad said they didn’t care too much about the inconvenience to begin with, & as a bride I had enough to deal with. Overall it was a waste of $60 & a terrible experience.

It took 56 minutes for my order to be completed. It was freezing cold inside their building, and when I arrived home with the pizza, it was undercooked and two of the end pieces had no cheese or pepperoni on it. I have never seen so many upset customers and I will not go back to this Little Ceasars.

It is never a good experience at this little Caesar’s location . Over the last several times I have been here to pick up my online orders , the cooler is never stocked and ALWAYS empty so I can’t even get my drinks. All of the workers are in the back with some leaning on equipment just talking, so hard to tell them I need my drinks. The last few crazy breads have been half assed and not even cut into pieces , and the pizza had little sauce.

Spend the time and go to DeVeaux. Alexis near Secor is the worst LC in the country. Bad service and bad product. It's blatantly obvious that the staff at this location just doesn't care
This has to be the worst Little Caesars in Toledo, they can't even cook a pizza completely through, because every time my dough is still raw! You guys have one job, PIZZA! Learn to cook it or quit since you're so miserable at this job, and what are the people who own this place even doing with their life? Y'all used to be on point, now y'all in the sewers

Took 45 min to get 3 orders of crazy puffs, that's after I called my order in 15 min. Prior. So a total of 1 hr. Food was put into box upsidedown. Boxes were falling apart.

Last night me & my husband waited almost 40 min for fantastic four ,which is supposed to be a hot n ready pizza & an Italian bread . 1st the customer service absolutely terrible n mouthy to the customers yes they were packed but plenty of workers in back . Our pizza the last few times barely has had any sauce at all , the bread & pizza were dry everything just nasty again . Nothing even taste right . Since management changed everything has gone downhill the kids that ran it before the food was amazing & fast no line ups . The cashier even talked down her own manager a customer wanted banana peppers cooked on his pizza she said well I can’t find option to put it on pizza it will be on the side . She said the manager is mean an I’m not asking for special request as I told her she could ask . I’ve done customer service for years. So many customers were upset as we were . I saw the workers drop a crazy bread n still sell it the bag only touched floor but I worked with food for years . That’s a no no , toss it . So much was heard from the cashier rudely n customers it was unreal . The food quality has went down 99.9 percent bring back any old employees your going to loss all your business and please don’t say it was Friday etc .. I worked food service for many many years . Do the job right or find a new one . First get rid of the lady in the front , sorry to her but this job is not for you . And to the cooks add more sauce , seasonings. I don’t care if you had 100 plus orders in a hour . We’re all the workers working yes they sure were however the Pizza needs sauce n flavor ? What’s happening ? I might as well just sprinkled some garlic powder on the $20 bill and ate that honestly it would has taste the same .
