Called ahead and ordered 1 pizza and was told it would be about a half hour. When I arrived a half hour later I had to wait 5 minutes before being told it would be another four minutes. Went back in 6 minutes later and stood at the counter for 11 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there and was told that it was just coming out, 7 minutes later I finally got it but ended up missing a very important appointment because of their incompetence, all for just a mediocre pizza .

This location has a nice lunch special. Four slices of their deep dish and a 20oz Pepsi product for $6.50. Being very popular it’s best to order on the app before you arrive because they maybe out of the ones you can just grab and go. I Love Little Caesars.

Shitty I placed and order was told 25 minutes I ride my peddle pike because it’s nice out get there and I’m told another half hr wait get the pizzas and they wasn’t cooked fully and looked sloppy shut this place down I’ve had a free mistakes from here but keep going back hoping they fix the issues after complaining nope managers don’t care

Do they just try to find the slowest laziest people to work for them. It's not rocket science to make a pepperoni pizza but it's takes this store about 45 minutes to an hour every time

I order from little caesars. Delivered by door dash. Missing drinks. Little caesars says call doordash. Doordash says they can't send anyone for delivery. Nobody involved cares about the customer. Never using either again!

Came in for my first day and received nothing but disrespect from the manager Sarah. She is very unprofessional and sets a bad working environment for me and other employees.
HOW DO YOU UNDERCOOK A PIZZA BROH ITS FLOPPY AND RAW IN THE MIDDLE. 1st time trying Little Caesars in years and I remember why I stopped going. Seriously, do you not have set times to bake the pizza?????

I’ve ordered from here before with no problems. Tonight I placed an order and was told 15-20mins. I got there and waited awhile so when I got to the counter it was 40mins in and he told me they had not even started it and it’d be another 30mins. How is it not done in double the time I was quoted? Why should it take over an hour? Why not be honest over the phone? Because they were not honest, I drove in the snow for nothing. For pizzas it used to be it’s 30 mins or less or it’s free. Over an hour and wasting my time and gas should be free.

Do not come here. The service is slow, they never have pizzas ready. It takes forever to get your order. They didn't bother to tell us it was going to be a 20 minute wait for a pizza until AFTER we had already paid. That was 30 minutes ago and still no pizza in sight. This place is a joke and either needs shut down or every employee fired and a whole new crew hired. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE EVER AGAIN!
