The manager was obnoxious because I wanted a refund because they had order over 30 minutes before they put it in the oven. Don't accept orders online if you can't fill them. A manager needs some work on customer service very poor and unprofessional.

I placed my order at 5:53pm and didn't have it in my hands until 6:41pm. I was told it would be a few minutes when I got there at 6:16pm and then proceeded to be told the same until I received the order. I watched numerous walk ins get their own orders before I got mine. When i finally did get mine ,after they had to remake because the first batch was wrong, they told me they gave me the wrong pizza. When I asked how long that would take since id already been there for 45 minutes the tall white guy with long blonde/brown hair decided to give me an attitude about how he only needs to box it up. When it was ready he just dropped the pizza box on the counter and walked away. The lack of an type of respect in this situation from that gentleman was absurd. Upon looking at the stickers on my box it appears they didnt even begin to make my order after I was already there to pick up my order. This location has been nothing but issues. When i opened the box when I got home the Italian cheese bread was barely warm and the pizza was not cut. I will not be going to this location again regardless of the close proximity.

I ordered IN STORE 2 pretzel pizzas a crazy bread and a italian bread… i waited 30 mins they said i got 2 pepperoni pizzas. So they voided my order and had me reorder and repay. i waited another 30 mins. And when i got home , They didn’t CUT my pizza.and and hour for pizza is crazy! And the lady at the front was rude !!!! so was the girl cooking !! Not happy with my service at this location.

Called ahead and ordered 1 pizza and was told it would be about a half hour. When I arrived a half hour later I had to wait 5 minutes before being told it would be another four minutes. Went back in 6 minutes later and stood at the counter for 11 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there and was told that it was just coming out, 7 minutes later I finally got it but ended up missing a very important appointment because of their incompetence, all for just a mediocre pizza .
This location has a nice lunch special. Four slices of their deep dish and a 20oz Pepsi product for $6.50. Being very popular it’s best to order on the app before you arrive because they maybe out of the ones you can just grab and go. I Love Little Caesars.

Shitty I placed and order was told 25 minutes I ride my peddle pike because it’s nice out get there and I’m told another half hr wait get the pizzas and they wasn’t cooked fully and looked sloppy shut this place down I’ve had a free mistakes from here but keep going back hoping they fix the issues after complaining nope managers don’t care
