Always slow which I understand short staffingBut they always mess the orders up last couple times I came there they make the next person order to give to me or vise Versa what is supposed to be a 20 min wait ends up being 50 or so.. back to Marcos pizza once again.

Always hit or miss. but the last 3 times we ordered, we’ve had to wait 30-40 min extra for our pizza and it was done, not sure what they were doing while not serving customers. Tonight we had to wait 45 min, and our pizza was cold. They had it done but didn’t put it in the pizza portal thing, and we had to wait for them to even give us the cold pizza. Like I said it’s always hit or miss. Also they forgot my salt on my pretzel pizzaEdit: didn’t even cut it all the way through

Pizza is never cut correctly , crazy bread is sometimes undone or over cooked, also the service is very terrible , all staff are always in the back with no food hot or ready , and the atmosphere is terrible, there is always cats greeting you at the door… I’m very disappointed because the little Caesar’s on Glendale is WAYYYY BETTER !!!!

Tried the half pizza, cheesy bread with bacon. Didn't like it, it wasn't done. So I gave it to a homeless man up the street from my house.

When I pulled up I asked for my mobile order they said they didn’t have an order by my name. I paid full price for everything went back 10 minutes later and said they had a mobile order for me and refused to give me my money back for paying full price when they messed up to start. It’s not the first time they have done this and I’m a regular customer.

The older manager lady was very rude. I asked for an ETA on my order that should’ve been done @8:12-8:18 (it’s 8:20) and she got very rude with me and walked away half way through the conversation. I will not return to this location due to her. However the younger tall black guy was cool. He need a raise and she needs a new job. This occurred on new year eve.
Even though the cashier was very nice and polite it took them over 50 minutes to get me a pepperoni pizza and an order of plain crazy bread. My lunch time was way over. Not so happy ?they said it was only going to be 15 minutes

I don't know how this is possible. This place that makes pizza, cannot slice the pizza. I had to rip the pieces apart with my hands making a mess. What a joke.

My food was good but while ordering my food the person on the other end of the phone wasn’t very friendly that’s the reason for the 3 stars. When I came in the cashier was very nice and friendly she should be the one answering the phone.

This place is SLOW and service is awful.. They never have hot and ready pizzas and if you order you will wait about 10-20 minutes after the time given for pick up. Plus once you show up there will be no one at the front and you literally have to call to the back for someone to come help you. This doesn’t matter if they are busy or not.
