Nothing hot or ready
Rude staff
Very slow and they never cut the pizza. Also had asked for half pepperoni and half pineapple and they put it on both sides. They need to get some people that want to work and not half ass it.

This location has made me never want to order little Caesar’s again ever in my life. I am sick and can’t be feeding my kids because they were all just sick recently and starting to feel better. And I already had to take so many days off work for them. And with what little money I have decided to order pizza to prevent reinfection and losing more work hours. And when I received the order I was missing two whole pizzas. And not just generic hot and readys the slices and sticks. And I have already spent an hour on the phone trying to get in touch with someone in that store because the best the app people and DoorDash can do is a refund that may take 16 DAYS to process. Absolutely trash service. Especially since you can’t even get through to the store without calling little Caesar’s direct line.

I ordered two of the exact same pizza and they put the wrong sauce on both pizzas. Rigid return policy led to multiple trips back and forth from home to the restaurant to confirm that they messed up my order. They disposed of the old pizzas which were definitely still edible. While I have no legal entitlement to the “trash” pizzas, from a customer service standpoint it feels like poor practice to make me bring them back in and then throw them away. The pizza was already open in my home. You know you made a mistake. Just remake my food and we can both move on — why throw away good food as well? Not mad at the employees as this was a stated company policy, but it’s not a great policy, is it? Looking at you corporate or franchise rule-makers, the powers that be.
Also in the past I ordered delivery at this location and I know for a fact that the delivery driver did not receive the entire tip I left them on the website. I ordered on the Little Caesar’s app and it delivered through door dash. I confirmed with the door dash driver that he did not get the whole tip I left him — he showed me the screen for the order I don’t just take him at his word, he was underpaid. I was extra upset because I had tipped extra for the bad weather. I did a little research into the situation and basically neither Little Caesar’s or DoorDash will take responsibility for the error, but it does appear to be in Little Caesar’s power to decide how the tips are distributed at their store. You can clearly see when you order in the app that you are charged a service fee, a delivery fee, and then an additional optional “delivery driver tip” which one would believe the entire tip is going to the delivery driver, but this is not the case. I tried to escalate the situation when it first happened and store management was extremely unhelpful. They tried to push the situation on door dash — I didn’t even order through them that’s just who little Caesar’s delivers though and they do NOT advertise this anywhere on their website — and it just kept going in circles with no one willing to take the blame and apparently no record or trail of where the money went.
Long story short, you won’t catch me back at this location again. If I weren’t addicted to their dang stuffed pretzel pizzas I’d swear off the whole company entirely. They just have poor business practices that leave customers dissatisfied.

Order 1 cheese pizza, 1 pepperoni pizza. Was quoted 20-25 minutes. When I finally got to the window they said 20 more minutes but it ended up being 1 hour and 10 minutes. Went home frustrated, open up a box it was ok, ate it, then got to the pepperoni pizza and it was visible burnt. Try to call the place without answer. Called customer service, was transferred to store again, no answer. Then again after 18 minutes wait they simply hang up. I call about 4 times a total of my 1 hour time. What a joke! Plus the lobby is always closed, so If you don’t have a car don’t bother to go..
