Absolutely Terrible Customer Service — Never Ordering Here Again
I’ve ordered from Little Caesars countless times over the years. It’s actually one of my favorite pizza chains — or at least it *was.* This specific location is an absolute disgrace to the brand.
I placed an order worth around $30, waited nearly **three hours**, only to find out they had **canceled my order without even notifying me.** The reason? They were out of pepperoni. Instead of offering a simple substitution for something of equal or lesser value, they just canceled everything and left me waiting.
That’s not just poor service — that’s complete disregard for customers. Whoever is managing this store clearly doesn’t care about communication, customer satisfaction, or basic professionalism.
I’m done ordering from this location and strongly recommend everyone else steer clear too. This store is garbage, its management is garbage, and it deserves every bad review it gets.

The employees where nice but the pizza sucked it was cold and i had stuff on it i did not order they did not make it like i asked for it to be made and it was not cooked all the way all in all it looked like they droped it and put it back in the box worst pizza i ever got from there.

One of the most delicious pizzas I've had in a long time! Employee was very helpful and nice to my elderly mom who picked it up, the taste is great, and crust thick. I love this location you guys always put a smile on my face. Thank you! :)

I will never order them again. I called to place a delivery order and was told the only way to add anything to my pizzas, ex... Garlic butter and Parm across the pizza...I would have to go to the store and request that. Why?? If I'm ordering delivery would I drive over to place my order? Ridiculous service guidelines.
