Absolute garbage been there 10 to 15 times in the last 2 weeks never has food ready always a 15 to 30 minute wait

Ordered a hot and ready and two crazy breads. I was told to come back in 20 mins. I came back in 23 minutes and have been at the window for TWENTY minutes waiting to even be greeted??? Horrible customer service. Somebody could have at least opened the window and said “hey I’m sorry about your wait were a little busy and understaffed” literally ANYTHING. If I didn’t already pay for my stuff I would have just pulled off. Get it together foreal??♀️

Need to go ahead and close this place. What an absolute joke I asked for pepperoni puffs and they're like we don't have any and they cant be bothered to make them. I will not come back to the store every time I come to the store it's always an issue. They're also extremely slow

I had a large order and since it was too much I had to go there n wait 25 min for them to make my stuff and to pay for my order. They wouldn't even take my card.
The fact that Y'ALL just told me " next time tell them cook it well done " has me HOT. YALL SERVED ME A WHOLE PEPPERONI CHEESE BREAD RAW AND TOLD ME THATS HOW ITS COOKED . YALL TRYING TO MAKE PEOPLE SICK ?
