I went in there a few weeks ago to use the bathroom. It wasn't clean and the entire restaurant smelled so bad like they never clean . I'm glad I've never eaten here and I never will . The health inspector needs to pay an anonymous visit for sure . Guaranteed to be shut down 👎. Do Better Long John Silver's the community deserves a clean environment wherever food is being prepared.

I used to pride myself on being one of the few members of the secret society of people that still like LJS. Today that changed. This place is horrible. No heat in the building, mold in the pop machine and then they never made my order. I sat and waited 15 minutes and they just somehow forgot. Needless to say I waited in line with the other complaining customers, got my money back from the bafoon manager and have decided to leave the society. Not gonna come back. Ever.

Food is usually good, but the dining room is disgusting/dirty, as was the ladies restroom. My suggestion: utilize the drive-thru for your meal.
Ordered the 16 pc family meal. 2 sides of rice, 1 side of corn and 1 side of fries. We get to the restaurant and the sweet young lady who was working the front register was getting our order together. She realized we didn't have the right sides. Confused she asked the guy in the window about it. He stated they only had enough rice for one large side and no corn. So he just shorts us one side and substitutes the corn with greenbeans? Without saying anything to the girl or us? Mind you we came in at 730. So for the next 2 and half hours this location was out of corn and rice? If I'm spending over $50 for dinner is it unreasonable to expect to recieve the food I paid for? Do better ljs. Also, the rice was super old and dried out. Here's a tip, of you wouldn't serve it to your family dont serve it to the customers.

They were backed up when we arrived. The woman behind the counter was a super star. She was very professional,courteous,friendly, and i give her 5 stars. Wish I Remembered her name but I can't. The food was great also.

Ordered online. They didn't have some of the items on the order. "Couldn't" issue a refund on orders placed online. What a scam.
I paid $43 for a 12 piece family meal, half fish, half chicken. It's supposed to come with 3 sides, which I got. Also was supposed to get 12 hushpuppies, which we didnt receive any! We got 6 chicken, the fish was all broken and mangled, we couldn't tell how many there were, but pretty sure there was not 6. I took a pic of the box when we opened it, but there's no pic option on here🤷♀️

Always seem to put out mediocre food. Took a picture of waffles fries.... If that's what you want to call it... Couldn't believe they can serve it to you with a straight face!

I cannot believe I just spent over $45 dollars on a 8 piece meal and they gave me pieces the size of a chicken wing!!! Was in the drive thru for 20 minutes and no way to leave. The prpsi tastes like they’re out of syrup! My order of cheese bites consisted mostly of hush puppies!

I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with an extra piece of chicken and a large clam side. I got a 3 piece fish and shrimp with an extra piece of chicken on the side. I always get extra hush puppies instead of slaw and didn't get the extra hush puppies either. I still give 2 stars because even though the whole order was incorrect, it was still pretty good tasting.
