Went there Wednesday July, 16th, we had a group of 8 ladies. We arrived at 11:50 am, we waited until 12:15, when we talked to the manager, she said we could not have a table because they were waiting for the waitress who was late and had car trouble. There were three tables of people seated and being waited on by 2 waitresses, a bartender, the manager and the hostess. I left! What manager would tell customers they could not seat and wait on them because they did not have enough staff????? Lately they have had good service and a good manager, but now it looks like they have a poor manager again. I stopped eating there before because of poor service and poor management, I guess it is time to stop going there until they get a better manager. How can you stay in business when you tell customers they have to wait until the waitress gets her car fixed before you can serve them!!!

Our waitress, Shawna, was absolutely lovely. We were out for date night. The table across from us was absolutely atrociously behaved but Shawna kept her cool and served them kindly and professionally, while also managing all her other tables with grace. Our food was wonderful and our Old Fashioneds and wine were perfect. We had a great time thanks to Shawna. Thanks for dinner!

My first visit to the restaurant on Talmadge 7-3-25. I had the salmon with bourbon marinade. The food was pretty good but, unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction because there is soy sauce in the marinade but the menu doesn't mention that. Spoke with a manager on 7-4-25 who apologized and suggested I ask about ingredients if I return. So beware I guess.
Although we mostly do pickups the food is always hot and delicious and the order is always correct and for less than 30$ we get a slab of ribs two potatoes a Cesar salad and a loaf of delicious wheat bread

We always loved Longhorn on Talmadge road, Toledo Ohio. We always came in for the bone-in pork chops or Lamb Chops when.in season. Well they did away with the bone-in pork chops and the center cut cannot even compare. We decided to try to find something else on the menu since the food was always good. It was 7:45 at night and they were not busy, so we stopped. No one was at the front so we waited. Then a girl cane out, turned her back to us and did something behind the desk and then walked away. No acknowledgement that we were even there. Couple minutes later she came back and said someone will be out in a minute and left again. Couple minutes later another girl came out and seated us. We were brought a menu and told our waitress would be right with us. We sat there several minutes and no one came back. We didn't even get water. We walked out.

Dally, my bartender was everything a good bartender should be without being obsequious. As I’ve visited many Longhorns through out the Midwest, I can honestly report that this unit is run exceptionally well. My French Onion soup was served piping hot, my NY Strip came out the epitome of medium rare, my Caesar salad was bountiful and with the optimum amount of dressing, my lobster tails fared just as well, cooked to perfection. And to wash it all down a long pour, Hurradura margarita, served on the rocks. Thank you Rebecca, for caretaking such wonderful restaurant.
