Absolutely incredible experience at Lucky Lady Cafe! Keiann treated us with such kindness and generosity from the moment we walked in. The service was top-notch, and she even gave us complimentary items and delicious food. We had an absolute blast enjoying the warm atmosphere and fantastic games. Can't wait to come back again! The parking lot was completely empty and I pulled up because I wanted to play a few games and I was told that they don’t take new customers. There’s one car in the parking lot. Take yourself off of Google if you’re not accepting people to come in.

Classic games are broken. No wall in 5 hours. They tried reseting the main computer 4 times. If you like loosing money play the classic games

Absolute worst experience of any business I’ve ever been in all of my life! Met halfway in the game room by a horribly rude person who immediately said that no new members were being accepted and RUDELY told us to leave. If I could give negative stars it would be as many as possible. STAY AWAY AND I MEAN FAR AWAY!!!!

Tight slots. Community prize only go off if 5 or more people are playing in each area. Also, not fair for a new coming person to get the $50. drawing when they just walked in the doors over others who were playing and waiting to win that prize for hours. That system of who and when the long awaited community prize is given need to change immediately.

Meh. Limited games that are pretty much the same. Timer that keeps you eligible to win the wall jackpot goes off quickly, like 15 seconds. For the positives - the wall jackpot goes off at least every ten minutes and as quickly as three minutes for a minimum of $40. There is a $50 drawing every half hour in the evenings (not sure if that's every night). And they feed you something different at 8. If you eat meat, this is awesome. I don't so I went hungry, they had nothing to offer me nor did they make any effort to do so. Place is clean, free pop, popcorn and snacks.
